Muy buena ubicación. Camas muy cómodas

Cons:

Desayuno un poco escaso, la fruta se acabó y no llego para todos. No había nadie en recepción ni durante el desayuno.

Pros:

Pas de personnel présent sauf vite fait le matin pour le petit déjeuner et nettoyer les chambre. L'accès au bain chaud n'était pas déneigé mais le jaccuzi était fonctionnel avec une magnifique vue sur Akureyri. La chambre était confortable et le petit déjeuner bien.

Pros:

The rooms are comfortable, perfect for Aurora spotting as it’s away from the lights of the city. We were unlucky and had a large snow storm but that’s life! The breakfast was decent, and the check in procedure and email communication was good.

Cons:

It’s a bit remote from the City, although that was as advertised and partly why we chose it, but in Winter weather it can be quite tricky to reach and indeed leave, the hotel is up a fairly steep hill, which had not been cleared after a heavy nights snow when we left at 11am.

Nuit à l'hotel North
Pros:

Hotel North était parfait ! La chambre très spacieuse et confortable, bien équipée (mini frigo, cafetière avec doses de café, bouilloire) et même un grand écran avec Netflix!
Le lit était très confortable aussi 👌🏻

Complicado acceder en medio de una tormenta de nieve. No vimos a nadie en el alojamiento. Pone que desayuno incluido y es un picnic que te dejan en la habitación. Difícil encontrar ya que no tiene ninguna señalización ni letrero.

Pros:

De bedden lagen lekker.

Cons:

1. In de wintermaanden (november t/m april) wordt gezegd dat er niemand bij de receptie is en het selfservice is. Het viel op dat de meeste gasten na ons niet duidelijk geïnformeerd hierover waren. Ook wij hadden moeite met inchecken, want de hotline die staat aangegeven en 24/7 bereikbaar is, is een tussenpersoon....

2. De badkamer is zeer onhygiënisch. Er zit geen douchewand in, waardoor tijdens het douchen alle water naast de douche komt.... uiteindelijk gevolg dat er een waterballet ontstaat.

3. Bij de ruiten op zowel de slaapkamer als badkamer zit schimmel en zijn de kozijnen zeer verouderd.

4. Op de gordijnen en muur zaten bloedvlekken.

5. Er wordt niet gepoetst. Enige is dat men "schone" handdoeken komt brengen.

Prijs-Kwaliteitverhouding is niet okay. Ik had volledige restitutie gevraagd, maar kreeg maar 1 nacht terugbetaald, ondanks de slechte hygiëne.

North Hotel review
Pros:

I loved that I was contacted by the staff and offered a upgrade from a room to an appartment without me having to pay extra for it. Also getting the breakfast delivered to the appartment the night before was excellent. The appartment was really nice.

Cons:

The sink in the bathroom made no sense. The faucet was too long so when the water was turned on and hands were washed, water always spilled on the floor. The only thing that the appartment needed was a microwave.
