Pros:

De bedden lagen lekker.

Cons:

1. In de wintermaanden (november t/m april) wordt gezegd dat er niemand bij de receptie is en het selfservice is. Het viel op dat de meeste gasten na ons niet duidelijk geïnformeerd hierover waren. Ook wij hadden moeite met inchecken, want de hotline die staat aangegeven en 24/7 bereikbaar is, is een tussenpersoon....

2. De badkamer is zeer onhygiënisch. Er zit geen douchewand in, waardoor tijdens het douchen alle water naast de douche komt.... uiteindelijk gevolg dat er een waterballet ontstaat.

3. Bij de ruiten op zowel de slaapkamer als badkamer zit schimmel en zijn de kozijnen zeer verouderd.

4. Op de gordijnen en muur zaten bloedvlekken.

5. Er wordt niet gepoetst. Enige is dat men "schone" handdoeken komt brengen.

Prijs-Kwaliteitverhouding is niet okay. Ik had volledige restitutie gevraagd, maar kreeg maar 1 nacht terugbetaald, ondanks de slechte hygiëne.

North Hotel review
Pros:

I loved that I was contacted by the staff and offered a upgrade from a room to an appartment without me having to pay extra for it. Also getting the breakfast delivered to the appartment the night before was excellent. The appartment was really nice.

Cons:

The sink in the bathroom made no sense. The faucet was too long so when the water was turned on and hands were washed, water always spilled on the floor. The only thing that the appartment needed was a microwave.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

We’ve had a great time here, everything was as expected and even though some things are dated, it didn’t bother us. Location wise, the hotel is really close to Forest Lagoon which was our main reason we booked it.

Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage, etwas außerhalb mit schönem Blick auf Akureyri. Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. zu unserer Reisezeit war kaum Personal da. Es gibt einen Self-Check-in per Code, der eine flexible Anreise ermöglicht. Das Frühstück wurde bereits am Vorabend ins Zimmer gebracht. In der zweiten Nacht waren wir die einzigen Gäste, das war etwas spooky, aber dafür hatten wir den Hot Tub für uns allein.

Vernieuwde kamers in een oud gebouw. Leuke plek, fantastisch uitzicht en goede jacuzzi’s!
Pros:

Prima kamer, oud gebouw maar leuk opgeknapt van binnen. Ze zijn nog veel aan het verbouwen.

Cons:

Communicatie via Booking verliep wat stroef. De mensen van hun klantenservice (van het hotel) wisten gewoon niet wat er gaande was in dat hotel. (Ze zeiden dat er geen ontbijtbuffet was, maar dat bleek wel. En bij vraag over badjassen gaven ze aan: dat hebben we niet? Maar ze gingen er wel). Vooral als je in de avond op een ontbijtpakket wacht terwijl die niet komt is dat heel irritant. Service in het hotel zelf was goed

Morgunverðurinn var allt í lagi.

Cons:

Aðkoma slæm klaki og hálka og illa upplýst. Hótelið ber með sér að vera "þreytt" og vantar viðhald. Ekkert notarlegt, hvorki herbergi né matsalur.
