Pros:

El servicio brindado por los recepcionistas, de ambos horarios fueron muy amables y sus recomendaciones en cuanto tour fueron los mejores, la señora Ruth de camareria fue muy amable y especial.

Cons:

Que el desayuno no estuviera incluido en el alojamiento, bastante alto para no haberlo incluido.

El sitio es muy bonito, es agradable, la limpieza es excelente, el personal de limpieza es espectacular. En general el personal fue muy atento.

Cons:

El buffet para el desayuno, era bueno, tenía comida rica, pero creo que se puede mejorar. Además, hicieron cobros en otra facturación, es decir, luego de haber pagado una vez, resultaban otros cobros adicionales, lo que genera inconvenientes.

Dias de descanso en familia
Pros:

Pasamos unas vacaciones relajantes en familia. Las instalaciones son preciosas, modernas, bien mantenidas. El desayuno incluido excepcional. Y los restaurantes tambien, la comida deliciosa y a el precio acorde. Lo que mas nos gustó fue la atención del personal, siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos y servirnos con una sonrisa. Y la playa tranquila.

Cons:

La tienda del hotel es muy costosa.
