The hotel was good but needs improvement in the way it’s cleaned the restroom was nice but the tile in the floor was dirty, the walls were a a little dirty, some lights didn’t work, and area was good, just needs some improvements that is all.

The person who checked me in was very sweet. The room is large and updated and the bed was comfy. It was surface clean but the floor needed to be mopped; it was clearly dirty in the room and bathroom. A little more attention to detail would be good as far as corners and harder to reach areas. Towels and pillows were very thin and aged and the bedspread was stained. The room reaked of cigarette smell. Front desk offered a different room but I figured they probably all smelled that way. Street noise was loud in the day and early evening but settled down at night. Overall it was a fine place to stay the night, but definitely not an 8.4 as was advertised. I write this as constructive criticism as to easy fixes to make the stay more enjoyable.

Room and hotel was really nice. Would have given 5/5 stars if the front desk employee wasn’t so rude. Threw the piece of paper for check in at me. Employee got mad when I asked which floor my room was in.

I sent a request while booking the room, clearly no body paid attention. The room was dirty, the pillows were stainned. Never will i go back there. They need to clean the rooms like the corners and all
