Lovely break in Copenhagen, but rather a large impersonal hotel with indifferent staff.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location.
Pros:

Excellent location, right next to Tivoli Gardens, and a beautifully designed luxury hotel. Rooms were very clean and presented to a high standard and the hotel foyer / reception area was visually stunning. The pool and sauna area was a lovely treat, clean with a heated pool, and not too busy. The staff were very friendly and really couldn't fault the stay.

Cons:

My only slight issue was the size of the room, there wasn't a lot of floor space around the bed in the King room or a huge amount of space for hanging clothes, but as long as you plan to spend more of the time out of the room and exploring the city it is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway.

Bra läge och rent hotell med god frukost. Takpoolen är något extra.
Pros:

Fantastisk frukost. Väldigt trevlig personal och en skön oas trots centralt läge. Läget är toppen och du störs inte av de hårt trafikerade gatorna utanför hotellet. Personalen är verkligen något extra!

Cons:

Rummen är små. Rummen och hotellet är fint men det är ett väldigt dyrt hotell som kanske inte speglar boendet fullt ut. Mycket gäster och inte den standard som normalt är på femstjärniga hotell. Hotell i Köpenhamn är överlag oerhört dyrt och detta är inte ett undantag.
