Old needs update

If you get one kid as neighbors you’ll never sleep you could hear a pencil dropping. Best part is the pool and ocean view and parking best after that nope nothing at all

Air conditioner don’t work room was old bad condition. Walls only beach and food is good .

Tubs are in need of maintenance, mattresses and old and very uncomfortable. We only needed a hotel for a night close
To the airport so this o e did ok. But definitely not a hotel to spend more than a night.

My sister & I stayed for the weekend & enjoyed beautiful views, a tour, and kind staff! We will be back!

Clean and safe. Particularly it should be mentioned an amazing restaurant with delicious menus and fresh food.
The internet was slow.

It has a nice view, but the property it’s in really bad shape. I did not feel safe at all. The door locked did not work or the AC.

Las chicas de limpieza mojan sus trapos en pa alberca y lo exprimen ahi. Los trapos los usan para limpiar todo el exterior y asi de sucios loa meten al agua donde todos van a divertirse

Bel hôtel avec un très bon emplacement. Le personnel est très gentil. Le bus pour aller au centre ville se prend à côté de l'hôtel. Le cadre est magnifique

Old Air condition didn’t work. Hot water didn’t work. Sink was falling apart. The only nice thing is the pool

The location of this hotel is great, right in the hotel zone, beach access, lovely pool. However the staff weren’t helpful if things ran out. There was no shampoo in the room so We asked for it. They told us to buy it from their on site minimart. Same thing with the matches which were needed to use the stove they provided. Not sure if they genuinely ran out or if they just didn’t provide it so we would have to purchase our own. We found this strange as they provided a few match sticks but no more.

Beyond that, it was a run down hotel but they did their best to cover it up. The bedsheets had holes in it. The towels seemed very very very old, just thin and looked like they were there for 20 years. They were stingy with giving more towel or even beach towels.

Things were painted over to look “nice”.

Fairly decent price, good size room and the beach was beautiful.

La propiedad no se parece para nada a lo que ponen en fotos por dentro, mi primera vez en Cancún y no lo recomiendo habia hormigas y cucarachas las installations por dentro nada comodo. La parte exterior del complejo de condominios esta bien solo por la area donde se encuentra. En general no volveria a ese lugar.

Chambre aurait besoin d’être rafraichie. Eau tiède et peu de pression. Congélateur fonctionnait mais frigo refroidisissait très peu.
Par contre, malgré que c’est vieux, c’était propre.
Emplacement idéal piscine et plage privée à quelques pas de la chambre avec auperbe vue.

La zona es normal pero queda mas cerca del aeropuerto que otras. Para familias y grupos grandes es buen precio.
