TownePlace Suites by Marriott Edmonton Sherwood Park

The property is nice, our room location for the first night was not good room 137. Backed to the kitchen and was extremely noisy. We were woken up by breakfast prep and the noise from the lobby. Asked for another room for our second night which was much better.

Spacious and clean . Tv needs upgrading not good quality. Picture slightly fussy!

We had a great stay at Towneplace Suites Sherwood Park. The hotel is very pet-friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable and all the staff were welcoming and helpful. A special thanks to Ralph at the front desk for his excellent customer service, very attentive with friendly attitude and genuinely caring. There’s also complimentary breakfast, one of the reasons why we always choose towneplace hotels when we travel.Highly recommend hotel in Sherwood!

Stay was great staff was very friendly an help full and caring. Ralph at the front desk is always helpful. Great location and the kitchen in the room is good for long stays like myself.

Check in and out was easy.
Staff went out of their way and was extremely helpful. Met every need that I had.
Room was just what I needed for a long stay. Kitchenette was great to have.
The entrance and lobby was always kept clean even during snow and rain.
Staff was mindful that i was working nights to insure that no one disturbed me while I slept.
Stand out staff during my stay was Ralph and John, they made sure I had everything I needed and greeted me every day.
A big thanks to Shahil, the manager, always came out of his office and personally greeted me everytime he saw me.
I would highly recommend the place and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else for future stays in the area.

I had a really nice stay at TownePlace Suites Sherwood Park while traveling from Texas. The room was clean and spacious and I liked having a full kitchen. The free breakfast and fitness center were also great.
Ralph at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better.
I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sherwood Park.

From the moment I arrived, Gurmeet was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive to every detail doesnt matter the time you arrive she is always tempt to bring an exceptional service. They made sure all my needs were taken care of and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality these days. Staying in TownePlace Suites here in Sherwood Park feels like staying home. Staff are always nice and welcoming specially Ralph at the front desk, he’s very helpful with our requests.

I have stayed at Towneplace several times over the years and I must say that the service is always A-class. There is this guy there at the front desk, named Ralph. A true customer service connoisseur. That guy is always friendly and patient. He certainly deserves a raise!! He is perfect example of the type of individual one expects as their first interaction at a company. This time on my check-in was no different. Ralph is a boss and he deserves some type of accolade for his exemplar service.
