I love the kindness and understanding and patience
Pros:

I had an issue with my stay and they where very patient to accommodate. The best experience ever. On the 11 of November 2025 brandy gave. Above and beyond service and I would not prefer another night auditor than brandy

Pros:

The location is very convenient, close to a couple of restaurants. Free parking and easy check in through their app. Highly recommend to stay here.

Pros:

The hotel staff is friendly, especially the breakfast team. It’s clean and offers your basic essentials. Would definitely recommend staying here for a work trip, like I did, or if you’re trying to stay near the surrounding area.

Definitely a really good hotel to stay at! Customer service is top notch especially Nicolette at the front desk! Very kind, caring and knowledgeable. Cute too 🫶🏼 room was very clean and when I requested towels they came so fast!! Barely waited 2-3mins. Water pressure in the bathroom is amazing and 100% loved how hot the water gets especially after a 12 hour drive from Houston to STL then from STL to here. Room was ready early! Which again was amazing because me and my mom came for my brother’s wedding and didn’t have to rush to get ready because we had more than enough time. Also the breakfast being included and delicious is top notch don’t ever change that!

We had a room with a door that connected to the room beside us. The kids in the room next door kept bouncing a ball or something on the door and pounding on it all night. Plus there were multiple adults talking loudly. At 1 am we called the front desk and they sent someone to tell them to quiet down. They didn’t. We called the desk two more times but no one answered. At 3 am it finally stopped. Not necessarily the hotels fault for the guests behavior, but it would have been nice if we could have gotten ahold of a staff member again that could have quieted them down.

Overall, a mediocre motel! Will not return!
