Pros:

I used the bathroom and it clogged
We shut the water so the bowl didn't over flow
Then went to the main office for a plunger and the office was closed for the night
So we had to leave

.I stayed at your hotel for my daughter's Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competition in Wildwood, New Jersey, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing.

From the moment we entered the room, there was a strong moldy smell, and the room felt very old and poorly maintained. The biggest issue was the air conditioning unit, which made an extremely loud noise throughout the night. Because of the constant noise, neither my daughter nor I were able to sleep well.

The following day, my daughter had a major competition in Wildwood. She was exhausted because she had not been able to get a proper night's sleep, which was especially upsetting considering we drove 9 hrs for this important event.

That morning, I went to the front desk to report the problem. I spoke with the manager, Sandra, who told me she would look into it. However, when we returned to the hotel after my daughter's competition, the air conditioner was still making the same loud noise and nothing had been done to resolve the issue.

I am very disappointed that my complaint was not addressed during our stay. I would appreciate it if you could review this matter and provide an appropriate resolution for the inconvenience and poor experience we had.

Great place to stay, could use some remodeling though.
Pros:

The general manager was absolutely amazing. She was so professional, well mannered, educated, respectful, and kind. I’ve never had such a positive encounter with a general manager in my life. I can’t remember her name for the life of me, but her attitude alone would make me want to return for another visit! She seemed to care about her property and HER STAFF!!

Cons:

The property was very clean, but there were some updates I would like to see. The bathroom was pretty old, the hot water wasn’t great, and the toilet flush wasn’t super strong. I’d also enjoy better hygiene products like Dove or another known brand. This is being picky though!
Also the WiFi didn’t work at night for whatever reason.
I wish the pool hours were later, in the summer it closes at 8 and it’s still day light out. We didn’t get to use the pool at all.
