No free breakfast & staff is rude

Location was great

Cons:

The breakfast was missing where it is (still) clearly mentioned at booking.com site that breakfast will be given for free! Staff was rude as they did not allow even 1 minute extra after 11 AM for checkout.

I would definitely stay at this establishment again. Very nice staff.
Pros:

When checking in, the front desk clerk Sandra was very welcoming and informative. It was nice to check in with someone that loved her job and didn't feel like it was a bother. The beds were absolutely amazing to sleep on and the TV had a great picture. When we came back from our night out we were able to heat our food up in the lobby which I appreciated. I didn't catch that young lady's name but she was very hospitable as well. I will be coming back this summer because Sandra said she's going to make jerk chicken on the grill. And I love your chicken.

Cons:

What I didn't like was that the refrigerator did not work at all. There was not a microwave in the room so we had to go to the front desk to heat up food. After we checked in and got settled I did go back to the front desk but no one was available so we went out for our outing. When we came back the evening clerk they let us come in and heat up our food and I advised her that we didn't have a microwave at all and that the refrigerator was not working. She said she will make a note of it.

my room (105) was quiet, i am a light sleeper but i could sleep well

Pros:

Good, comfortable bed, clean room, hot water for tea in the morning at the office. You can stream Netflix to the TV. Staff are friendly and helpful. I have stayed here several times and will come back in the future.

Would not recommend
Cons:

Room was dirty. Stains on carpets, hair on bed and towel. Worst was no hot water, and water sprayed everywhere.

Also sucked the hotel advertises breakfast and I put breakfast hotels as my filter, and booked this property to save us time driving and eating. But They said they stopped serving breakfast! I would have gotten a different hotel with breakfast! I'll never stay again and do not recommend at all.
