Econo Lodge Beach and Boardwalk

Room spelled like mold. Was switched to another room that smelled also mush kit as bad

Whether it was the lobby's water-caved in ceiling and intense fungal odor, the $20 parking fee that was not on the original room listing, the dripping access panel in the bathroom of my room (#106), or the crazy person who pounded on my door at 5 AM, no part of my stay was enjoyable and at best merely serviceable.

I assume the clerks and other workers are doing their best in such a awful environment, but I would not recommend this site, and would think it appropriate for Econo Lodge to review the franchise ownership's stake in this business.

If there is no franchise owner and Econo Lodge owns it outright ... woof.

They have installed all new heating and cooling it's great. The internet is absolutely horrible. In 2025 internet is not a luxury. It's like water or electricity every room should have it.

Okay for one night

Very dirty not the room in the picture , blood stain on lamp a towel in a hole in the walls , dirty sheets , this is your warning do not stay here beware $300 a night to sleep in my vehicle instead because all rooms were booked

Drugs everywhere in the property lack of communication dirty rooms no housekeeping no food , bugs roaches just dirty place disappointing very unsatisfied not safe at all

Really nice people that work here, my toilet got clogged up and were really nice to change my room, for the price you do get what you get. The area is really close to the boardwalk which was amazing, but being a solo trip definitely made me need to be on guard 1000 times more.

The property was on a terrible neighborhood with homeless addicts and prostitutes all around thr property the room was $452 per night and the property was filthy. The room had black mold all over the floor by the jacuzzi. The property manager was kind and helpful but the allow all these shady people laying around the property outside. Police lights lit up the room all night. Definitely NOT was i was expecting for nearly $500 a night snd he even charge you $20 to park your vehicle. I dont recall seeing that as an extra charge. But why wouldnt that be included how are you supposed to stay without parking your vehicle. Definitely didnt feel like a safe area to be.

The place was filthy and had mold in the room. The only thing is the closeness to the boardwalk so you could spend all your time outside.

Stay was fine but, room need some upgrades.bed was comfortable

It was a terrible stay I have to leave. I'm hoping to get refunded.It was very unsafe and very dirty.

They have a lot Cockroach everywhere in the bed in the all room it’s really bad that’s why I solicited my cancellation same nigth after we see this nasty place

Whole hotel surroung was dirty and smelling bad.

We thought we was staying in a nice hotel. Far from it!!!! Glass in front of door. Tub was held up by boards. Room smelled like cigarettes. Burn holes in comforter.

It’s was dirty.. the rug was sticky.. the microwave was dirty.
