Terms:
• Only 1 dog allowed in the room.
• It is only available for some standard + rooms, it is subject to availability and upon request only.
• The dog must be on lease in the common areas of the hotel.
• It is not allowed to leave the dog alone in the room – only exception is when you eat breakfast.
• Put the “Dog in the room” sign on the door, so housekeeping does not enter.
• If you wish to have cleaning during your stay, you will have to leave the room with the dog. Please remember to book the cleaning in the reception.
• Please be aware it is not allowed to bring the dog to breakfast and fitness.
• It is not allowed for the dog to be on the bed – so please bring a basket or blanket.
• Please be aware that you as owner is responsible for any damages made by your dog – any damages must be reported to the reception straight away.
• The price for the dog is 150 DKK per night.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

We waited hours to be able to check in. At first because the check in computers would turn the actual date only from 3 pm onwards, then we had to pull a number to be called by the reception because the machines didn’t work for us and we had to wait for a certsin guy to fix it and then because the receptionists changed to lining up instead of calling the numbers without giving official notice. U can imagine how many people were waiting by that time…We couldn’t enter the room properly because it was so small and the walking space so tiny that it was stuffed with our three hand luggage suitcases. We had to climb over the suitcases to resch the bed. The window was only to be reached by walking over the bed. It was awful.
