Nice river view room, close to everything, very convenient, will stay again

已多次入住，安靜、乾淨，交通方便，捷運站走出來5分鐘就到，附近飲食等的生活機能非常好，上樓或下樓就有餐廳，旁邊就是英專路夜市，非常方便。

距離淡水捷運站近，大樓裡有商場跟餐廳。

Hotel ist super zentral, man fällt praktisch in die Old Street und den MRT Zugang (ca. 40 min bis Taipeh). Alles ist max. 5 min entfernt, sei es Shopping, Essen, Supermärkte etc. Entgegen anderer Rezensionen war der Eingang leicht zu finden, einfach mit den Aufzügen in den 7. Stock fahren, ist auch alles entsprechend ausgeschildert.
Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, aber nicht riesig. An der Decke gab es etwas Schimmel, vermutlich wegen der Kombi aus Klimaanlage und Luftfeuchtigkeit.
Der Check-In und -Out sind komplett automatisiert, es gibt also keine klassische Rezeption. Es ist aber dennoch jemand tagsüber vor Ort, um zu helfen.
Wir haben außerdem die Waschmaschine und Trockner benutzt, das ging einfach und günstig.
Insgesamt eine tolle Möglichkeit, um Tamsui und Umgebung zu erkunden!

淡水駅の真ん前の商業ビルの７階にあり、すぐにはわかりませんでした。スタッフはとても親切で、説明も十分にしてくれました。他の部屋はわかりませんが、私が滞在した部屋はシャワーのみで、バスタブはありませんでした。デスクがあれば、調べ物をするときに助かったかなと思います。

ファミリーで利用しました。駅から目の前、アクセス便利。check-in、check-outは非対面の機械のみでスピーディー。今回はシティビューでしたが、リバービューのお部屋なら、サンセットや夜景が綺麗に見れたと思います。老街やレンタルサイクルも近くて、散策に便利な所でした。清掃も行き届いています。快適に睡眠が取れました
。

Service and location were both excellent. The downside is the small space and lack of a closet for hanging clothes. I suggest adding a1-2 luggage stands and a more comfortable cushion for bench. The ladies there went above and beyond to help make our stay comfortable and deserve 5 star service ratings!

同じビルの中に､美味しい飲食店が多く入っています。そして近くにコンビニもあるので､食べ物には満足でした。
また、目の前に淡水駅があり､非常に便利でした。さらに､窓から眺められる淡水河は､素晴らしかったです。心が洗われました。また訪れたいです。

フロントの方に､お願いをしたり相談すると､
いつも迅速に対応していただけました。

因為天氣17度所以中央空調沒有放開冷氣,就算開風扇功能都只能熱風送出,窗戶也是不能開的,十分悶熱.幸好反映後可提供電風扇.房間出面走廊因地下地是木板.很應聲.房間欠椅子.只能在外面的交誼廳.空間不算少.可以放28吋行季箱
2個,但不能2個同時打開放中間.衣架只有2個,可以致電提供.因近老街十分方便.唯升降梯跟商場一同共用.使用時需時輪侯.附近都很多食店選擇.

駅前のUNIQLOが入っている商業施設ビルの上にあります。ホテル名が外看板にないのか、見つからなかったのでビルの周りをウロウロしてしまいました。スタッフさんはとても親切に対応してくださいました。

Nice hotel with great access to various spot.

The self-check-in process was easy. Hotel staff was very helpful. I booked the room with river-view. The room was small, but very clean and comfy. Great value for the price I paid. The hotel is located right across the street from Tam-shuei MRT station, close to many attractions and shops. Lots of dinning options. Would stay here again when I visit Tam-shuei next time.

ホテルの入り口が分かりづらい

Property is located inside a mall, initially we had a bit of problem finding it as there is no exterior signage. Very convenient location with lots of dining option. Walkable to the okd street n major tourist attractions. Self serve check in and check out. I worried that we might not be able to leave our luggage as we arrive b4 3pm check in time, luckily there was staff on the floor to offer assistance.

淡水駅前にあるショッピングビルの中にあるのがわかりにくかった。エレベーターの場所もわかりにくい。担当者はひとりいたが、基本的にフロントはないに等しく、自動化されている。部屋からの眺めはよい。

We got a nice water view for the night. 2 beds are nice and clean. Even though the check in is easy but it’s all electronic. Since there is no staff on site for check in, we cannot do early check in on the day there is heavy rain, we carried luggages but wasn’t able to get in if there is available room. And the instruction wasn’t clear to tell us it’s in a shopping mall. It located right across the subway station which is convenient, and it’s in the big shopping mall on 7th floor. If we know it early, then we don’t need to walk around to find it in a heavy rainy day.
