Pros:

Τα παιδιά στην υποδοχή ήταν πολύ ευγενικά και πρόθυμα πάντα να μας βοηθήσουν!

Cons:

Ήταν η 5η φορά που μένω στα συγκεκριμένα διαμερίσματα και πιστεύω οτι χρειάζονται μια μικρή ανακαίνιση ( σπασμένη πόρτα στο υπνοδωμάτιο, αλλαγή καναπέδων). Επίσης είχε πολλή φασαρία καθόλη τη διάρκεια της ημέρας ακόμα και τις βραδυνές ώρες.

Pros:

Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος είναι εξαιρετική, πολύ κοντά σε μέσα μεταφοράς και σε κεντρικό σημείο. Το κρεβάτι ήταν άνετο και το διαμέρισμα είχε ικανοποιητική θέρμανση. Η κουζίνα και το καθιστικό ήταν όμορφα διαμορφωμένα και λειτουργικά.

Cons:

Το βασικό πρόβλημα ήταν η ασυνεννοησία και η ελλιπής ενημέρωση σχετικά με το check-in. Την ημέρα άφιξης λάβαμε μήνυμα με οδηγίες και έπρεπε να καταχωρήσουμε υποχρεωτικά δύο άτομα στο σύστημα. Μας ενημέρωσαν ότι θα λάβουμε τις απαραίτητες πληροφορίες στις 15:00 (ώρα check-in), όμως τελικά μας στάλθηκαν μόνο οι κωδικοί της κεντρικής και της πάνω πόρτας, χωρίς να αναφέρεται ο όροφος ή ο αριθμός δωματίου.
Επίσης, δεν υπήρξε καμία αναφορά ότι υπάρχει 24ωρη ρεσεψιόν στο κτίριο ούτε ότι έπρεπε να περάσουμε από εκεί για να παραλάβουμε την κάρτα που ενεργοποιεί το ρεύμα του διαμερίσματος. Ως αποτέλεσμα, μπήκαμε στο διαμέρισμα χωρίς ρεύμα και χρειάστηκε να κατέβουμε ξανά στη ρεσεψιόν για να ενημερωθούμε. Θεωρώ ότι αυτά είναι βασικές πληροφορίες που πρέπει να αναφέρονται ξεκάθαρα στο αρχικό μήνυμα.
Επιπλέον, τα σωστά και πλήρη στοιχεία για τη διαδικασία του check-in μας εστάλησαν την ημέρα της αναχώρησης, κάτι που φυσικά δεν είχε πλέον καμία πρακτική αξία.
Το παράθυρο δεν έκλεινε σωστά, με αποτέλεσμα να χρειάζεται να έχουμε συνεχώς κατεβασμένα τα ρολά. Οι ηλεκτρικές και μαγειρικές συσκευές ήταν ελλιπείς. Υπήρχαν μόνο δύο μαξιλάρια και ένα παπλωματάκι στο κρεβάτι, ενώ στην ντουλάπα υπήρχε ακόμη ένα μικρό πάπλωμα χωρίς κάλυμμα. Το μπάνιο δεν ήταν ιδιαίτερα καθαρό – υπήρχαν τρίχες ακόμα και πάνω στην πόρτα κολλημένες. Γενικά, το μπάνιο θα το χαρακτήριζα άβολο.
Η συνολική εμπειρία θα μπορούσε να είναι πολύ καλύτερη με πιο σαφείς οδηγίες και καλύτερη οργάνωση.
