Pros:

Location great. Comfortable layout. Everything we needed was there- washing machine etc.

Cons:

Shower drained slowly. Noisy due to busy road out the front. Wear ear plugs to sleep.

Cons:

Reported the toilet seat was dirty upon check in but nobody cleaned it :(. Extremely loud and difficult to sleep at night as parties at the bar downstairs. AC was not easy to turn on

Overpriced for What You Get

When we arrived, the fridge was turned off and there was water leaking everywhere. Nobody came to clean it.
The shower is broken.
Some of the lights are not working properly.
We booked the accommodation for three people, but there are no sheets or bedding for the sofa bed.
There wasn't even a bottle of water provided.

Pros:

Excellent location, close to everything we needed. The apartment was modern, very clean and comfortable, making it a great place to stay while exploring Athens and friendly accommodating staff.

Cons:

Only minor issues, with a few areas showing signs of wear such as chips in the skirting boards and marks on the walls. Nothing that affected our stay, but a little maintenance would make the apartment even better.
