It was beautiful, the hotel and Chicago.
Pros:

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Property is clean but needs the hot tub back.

Cons:

We booked this hotel to use the swimming pool. The pool was very cold, water temperature just above freezing. Staff knew it and said they couldn't do anything about it. Its false advertising to show a usable pool

Cons:

WiFi wasn't working, tv wouldn't turn down and everytime i called front desk they tried to tell me they transferring me to IT it never went through.... said it was breakfast on website NO breakfast! Asked room service for towels never got them... valet gave my keys to a party tht was with me and the crash my car on they property WITHOUT MY CONSENT!! I left for the day the never changed my bedding or took trash....

The facility was cleaned but I did not feel like a valued guest.
Pros:

I like that the location was close proximity to a lot of other businesses.

Cons:

I did not like that I was unable to get internet access. My tv was not working properly and I could not turn the volume down. I requested additional face towels and did not receive them.

The room was small especially the bathroom. I paid for a king suite, more like a Jr. Suite.
