Pros:

My bf and I just wanted a nice, comfortable spot to sleep while in town for a few days. Convenient location and very clean rooms. Staff was nice and helpful. Not a memorable hotel stay, but fine for what we needed.

Cons:

The rooms were expensive...but this is true for the area. So it was disappointing to have to pay that much for no amenities. No room service, no lotion, no robes, towels are cheap etc.

We were on the 12th floor and it was pretty loud. I put on white noise to drown it out but might not be a good option for very light sleepers.

Great experience but the Sofa Bed is very uncomfortable
Pros:

Stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and overall it was a very good experience. The front desk staff were kind and honestly had great customer service. I did experience a couple of issues with the AC and the hot water in our shower, it frequently did not work, but they sent an engineer up to our room quickly to fix both issues.

I would say my biggest concern with the One Bedroom King Suite with Sofa Bed was that the sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable to sleep on, it was very hard and had almost no cushion. It may be sufficient for kids. Besides that the room was outstanding, large, clean and in great condition.

I considered a 3/5 rating because of the sofa bed, but everything else was great that I gave it a 4.. The location is amazing and extremely close to a subway station and lots of restaurants, which was super convenient.

Great value, location, clean and comfy room just make sure you are out early so your room is service
Pros:

Centrally located, easy access to mass transit, walkable to all the venues we visited for. Room was spacious, quite and bed was very comfy.

Cons:

Our room wasn't cleaned one day, no big deal as we usually sleep in late probably past the time housekeeping was on duty. The following day, we kindly asked a HK staff member in the hallway to service our room, we were met with a bit of attitude or dis belief from the staff who responded "...I will add it".

Perfect location for a dwntown stay.
Pros:

Great location within walking distance to all the nice places in downtown. The room was clean and in perfect condition. I loved the city view from my window.

The staff was friendly and helpful.
