The location is great as far as access to restaurants and shopping. The entry/foyer was clean but the carpet in hallway and room needs to be pulled and replaced with laminate flooring. The bathroom is not easily accessible and uncomfortable due to position of the toilet/door space which hinder comfortable showering. Otherwise stay was cool for one night
To get in the bathroom the space from toilet to door is tight
Location was good for our needs.
It was not clean. Carpet in dining area covered in dog hair.
Entire facility very dated. Wallpaper in women’s bathroom coming off the wall and held up with masking tape. Some sort of rigging under sink to catch leaks.
Breakfast offerings were not good. I regret I didn’t take pictures for your reference.
We were preauthorized for a one night stay twice. Spoke to attendant who insisted it would fall off at checkout. One of the charges did change to the correct charge. The other did not fall off. We had to dispute the second charge which caused issues with our credit card.
The moment I stepped foot in our room I started looking for another hotel to stay in for various reasons:
1) There were patches on the wall that were plastered and appeared as though the mirrors or wall paintings were missing.
2) The room felt wet (full of moisture) due to poor ventilation. Felt as though we were sleeping in a wet bed 🥴😭
3) The desk where the microwave sat still had food sitting near it. 🤢🤮
4) The walls were dirty 😲😷
5) My husband, One Year Old, & Myself were sneezing while in the room. 🤧
I intentionally stayed out to avoid having to step foot in our room until it was absolutely necessary for me to go in.
My husband went down to the front desk after checking in our room and asked for a different room. He was advised there were other rooms available and we would be moved. No one ever got back to us therefore we stayed in the same room our entire stay in TN.
I have never been so excited to check out of a hotel with no desire to ever step foot in a Wingate Wyndham Hotel again! 🏃🏽♀️➡️🏃🏽♀️➡️🏃🏽♀️➡️

They only served sausage as breakfast meat during my stay.
Great location. Very friendly staff and helpful with any request.
Good location. Clean and comfortable room. Great customer service. Decent breakfast selection, would love to see gluten free options, but haven’t seen any hotel breakfast with that option.
