Good value for a short stay.
Pros:

The Wingate at Chattanooga is a value hotel stay. My husband and I stayed there 1 night on the way back home. It had all we needed, comfortable beds, complementary breakfast and free parking. Breakfast consisted of sausage, links and patties, scrambled eggs, package oatmeal, prepacked muffins, bagels and pancake maker. The towels were very nice and had some quality to them, which was a pleasant surprise. The pillows were not standard size (very small) which is fine, but maybe add more for a king size bed. I do read reviews and one thing I look for is the location. This was in a good location, right off the highway. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Parking in the back of the hotel but I felt safe.

Cons:

Not anything I disliked about our stay.

over all, it was a good stay until the rude lady started knocking and yelling!

The room wasn’t that clean. Dust in various places, hair in hair and bathtub when I checked in. It was extremely noisy both nights due to rude guests on the 3rd floor.

Pros:

The price was great.
The room was really good. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Set up with couch, tv and kitchenette was great. Bathroom was good size and nice hot shower and tub .

Cons:

The older staff member was absolutely rude to the housekeeping and the kitchen worker. I thought it was an unpleasant guest and stepped up to defend the worker. Then noticed the name badge of the old bitter lady. Huge complaint for how she treated the staff-- the workers were GREAT. she was not.

Pros:

The pre check in online was awesome since we were arriving late. When we got there, they just handed us the key cards and gave us directions to the room. The hotel is nice, comfortable beds!

Pros:

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was helpful and polite. Restaurants and stores were very close by.

Cons:

Room felt like it needed a refresh. Paint was peeling in some spots. The area was pretty busy. Sirens could be heard pretty frequently, but it wasn't loud enough to interrupt my sleep.
