Uncomfortable + sleepless
Pros:

Terrible, children running around like monkeys. Making noise in the evening when people sleep. Rooms are like prostitution, terribly smelly. Don’t stay. Avoid this hotel if you come to Batam. Aircond not working. Water heater not working. Staff not friendly. Very very very very very very terrible

Pros:

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. There is a convenience store right next door and Diamond City Mall right across the street. There are restaurants around. Nagoya Food Court is within 8 minutes walk. It is a good location for traveling. The room smells, but I can get used to it. To be honest we can't ask for too much for less than $10 per night. Almost all hotels below 4 stars have the same condition. Because Indonesia is not strict about smoking. If you ask politely, they will change the room to a better condition. All the staff at this hotel are kind and nice people

Disappointed and Disgusted
Pros:

Hotel. Com please remove this hotel from the list because it’s disgusting and very dirty. Seem like the bed covers and converters never been washed for more then 6 months, drews mark and blood mark on it. I have to walked out from the hotel lost my payment and slept in others place.
