The location.
One of the queen beds was broken. So we couldn't get good sleep.
That it was close to Knott’s and affordable

The two bedroom hotels was pretty nice , staff were nice, and room service was quick
The area I didn’t know but seems to be in a bad side of town. One night I came back and there was a whole party going on .. doesn’t seem like staff cared . Additionally I read a precious review and the walls are so thin you can hear everything outside and the up stairs. Horrible if your a light sleeper like me it was very hard to sleep . 3 spiders were found within 2 days.
The staff.
The room was dirty. The furniture was very old. The sheets had stains on them. The "breakfast" was nothing really. Bread, waffles, cereal and yogurt...The room looked like it got the slum lord special on renovations. I checked out early because the people above sounded like elephants stomping around. I was afraid the roof would cave in. Also, room 175 has water leaks on the ceiling and boogers in the shower and blood spot on the window. Theres no way the "cleaners" didn't see that...

Staff were friendly and helpful! Great option for staying close to Knotts Berry Farm! Shower was hot and towels and toiletries were plentiful!
Rooms are old and smelled of cat pee. They have been updated, but I’m assuming the amount of guests and the high turnover lend to rough around the edges look! The air conditioner in room 166, was variable if it worked, it was loud and made weird noises, other times it felt like it wasn’t working at all. We were downstairs and the people above us were super loud and up until very late. The outside courtyard was nice. But you could hear people outside the room at all hours of the day and night! The shower got hot, but the floor was super weird, it felt mushy.

Notre chambre était situé côté route à l’arrière , et c’était assez loin du parking, les chambres n’était pas bien propres et j’ai dû me rendre à l’accueil 2 fois pour que le ménage soit fait, l’équipement de la chambre était obsolète le frigo ne refroidissait pas et les certaines lumières fonctionnait quand elle voulait.
The hotel was a great value with the comfy beds, free breakfast, pool, and location to places we went (Porto's, Medieval Times, Knott's Berry Farms, Disneyland). We loved using the waffle maker for breakfast. I liked the coffee and the free tea and water. The bathroom came with plenty of towels, tissues, and toiletries for the two of us. The refrigerator was convenient for storing our leftovers. The microwave and TV were helpful too. Bathroom also came with a hair dryer. There were hangers and a luggage rack too.
I wish room 106's bathroom had more sink space or shelves in the shower to place our own toiletries. I also wish there were more savory options for breakfast like eggs, sausages, or bacon.

Bad service , found cockroaches and tv control not working so had to switch room. Overall a pretty bad experience.
