Good overall but frustrated with parking situation
Pros:

They have some issues with the parking experience. If you park outside of the hotel they charge you 35K COP per day plus if you come out and back in on the same day , they change you again. This is a subcontracting company that is not even related to hotel staff

Then they have some hotel parking lots on underground garage but they are limited and not available to all guests.

This parking experience and the jack of clarity was really frustrating to me and ruined some other good things that I found on the stay like the bar staff experience were really amicable and good.

Cons:

Que le sacan fotocopia a la tarjeta de credito por politica del hotel. Y pues eso no me parece pues se puede prestar para fraudes y va en contra de los derechos que como usuario se tiene a la privacidad y al tratamiento de datos. El valor adicional del parqueo, no me parece, y el servicio de jacuzzi, es demasiado elevado y no es con el hotel, sino con terceros
