Bien situado pero con algunos "pero" en cuanto al confort

La ubicación está muy bien y la habitación muy bonita aunque muy humeda (lo cual es normal.

Cons:

No me gustó tener que solicitar personalmente el servicio de limpieza, ya que, tras tres días de estancia, la habitación aún no había sido limpiada. Después de pedirlo, primero me informaron de que era un servicio gratuito y diario (lo cual no fue así) y, posteriormente, me dijeron que si quería que limpiaran la habitación, debía pagar un coste adicional. Tras presentar una queja, finalmente limpiaron la habitación el último día de nuestra estancia.

Por otro lado, me gustaría indicar a futuros clientes que el check-in es a las 16:00 y que, si deseas dejar las maletas antes, la única opción que ofrecen es dejarlas en el pasillo de la entrada del hotel, lo cual me pareció bastante poco profesional y cutre.
Finalmente, el aparato del aire acondicionado de la habitación es MUY RUIDOSO.

Espectacular ubicación y vista
Pros:

La ubicación es GENIAL, y la habitación es prácticamente insonora para estar sobre Ocean Drive (4to piso), lo que hizo posible el descanso en las noches en una calle muy activa; la comodidad de la habitación, la vista (tuvimos habitación hacia Ocean Drive) ESPECTACULAR, la recepción nos recibió un paquete incluso antes de que llegáramos, te proporcionan toallas para la playa, personal de recepción muy dispuesto.

Cons:

Lo único fue la limpieza de la habitación, la solicitamos y nos dijeron primero que la harían sobre las 10 am, luego nos indicaron que sería tras todos los check-outs del día (sobre el mediodía) y finalmente terminaron haciéndola recién a la tarde-noche (y persistía arena en el piso de la habitación tras el aseo).

À FUIR ! Ne séjournez pas dans cet hôtel. Nous sommes arrivé le soir à 22h après un long vol, première impression le réceptionniste n’était pas du tout accueillant, il nous donne la carte de l’hôtel sans rien ne nous expliquer. Bref nous nous dirigeons vers la chambre et que ne fut pas notre surprise de voir que la chambre était sale, sentait mauvais et le pire Il y’avais PLEIN de cafards dans la salle de bain et la pièce principale.
Impossible pour nous de dormir dans un tel endroit nous demandons donc au réceptionniste un remboursement car en aucun cas nous allions rester dormir ici. Il nous dit que oui, le remboursement total sera fait le lendemain car là il n’y avais pas de responsable.

Nous nous retrouvons donc un soir à 23h30, 2 filles seule dans Miami sans hôtel. Le lendemain nous découvrons qu’au final l’hôtel a décidé de ne pas nous rembourser. C’est inadmissible, nous avons donc perdu 600€ pour rien. C’est vraiment un hôtel à Fuir
