Casa Blanca Hotel - Orange

if i could give this place a 0, i would. room was absolutely disgusting, had roaches and was NOT cleaned. bathroom walls had wads of hair, toilet had a strange red stain. when we tried checking in, front desk let us know we had to wait 30 more minutes as the room was not clean. when we entered, there was no blanket on our bed, the sheets were stained yellow, wallpaper was peeling and full of stains, and the floors were dirty. dust covered nearly every surface. we found a roach and checked out the same night we checked in! did not even stay a full 5 hours in this hotel, and i have yet to receive a refund. do not stay here.

One of the worst places I have stayed. The wall mounted lamp switch came fell apart. the floors were dirty, the hairdryer didn't work, the bathroom mirror was broken. Unlike most hotels there were no ice bucket or drinking cups. Come on. Just awful

Staff was friendly and helpful. But the hotel is more outdated than pictures show. The toilet and room dresser were not in a good condition. The door to the hotel room doesn’t close all the way and lets’s a crack of light in. Also not the safest area. While I was staying there I had to call 911 because there was a domestic situation where the guests were fighting very loudly and it was a dangerous situation.

The room was older, but very clean. However, the wi-fi was flakey the two days I was there, and there was frequent police activity.

It was okay expensive for a really basic room shower was not great and bed too.

A/c drained onto the floor so there was a puddle in the room, bathroom window was left open with no screen so who knows what was in the room when I arrived. Price was low.

When i got the key, the sleeve was wrinkly, old and dirty. Used many times without replacing for a clean one. And advertising a pool, but when we got there there was no water in it.

I ended up not using this reservation. I need to get a refund or a credit

The room wasn’t the nicest. The walls were dirty and the furniture was in rough shape.

Clothes were left in the cabinets, everything else was absolutely perfect.

This is tough. Great room, clean, well equipped. But I could have been killed! I was given the key to a room that was already occupied. I opened the door and to my surprise two men were already in the room. They could have easily shot me thinking it was a room invasion! Wow.

It was alright

The place is a little dated but very nice and clean the workers are super sweet and accommodating. We showed up just after midnight and he was able to honor the deal we had and made the process so easy. Only complaint was the entrance to the place is hard to find. You have to enter the gas station to get to the hotel

This place was so so. They didn't seem to care much about taking care of the place. Everything is out dated. Customer service, nice guys but so so. Its listed on here they serve breakfast, they don't. Room key kept turning off every couple of days. If you can a better place to stay I say do it.
