Minor details like few times of the room were really outdated
the staff and cleanly ness
the food the room service was not good the food made me vomit or maybe i didn't choose the right sandwich for me it could be different for others
The amenities, jacuzzis, Gym and Swimming pool.
Overall Asheeba (customer relationship manager) was quite cooperative and dealt all things nicely and gently.
Stay was excellent specially Front Desk staff is good and helping Ms Najam & Ms Nida help me with the room allocation
Location is very good
Nothing about this property is to be liked. This property requires serious renovations. The furniture in rooms were stained and absolutely run down, bathrooms were dirty. We had to change our room twice in our 4 night stay . The aircon in the room was broken and we had to change the room in the middle of night. Total not worth the money. The staff and food were decent but that does not justify the price we paid for the rooms/stay

All Services are Very Good all Staff is best and Specially Cheif are Best and Front Office was Very Good and Mr Asalam was Very Nice .
Room Service was not Coorapate they said Roti is Not Possible Because it's Too Late but Actually is was only 12:30 . And HouseKeeping was Just OK not Wow .
The stay was very comfortable and the staff is super helpfull.
Mr ahmed ali duty manager and other staff including mr waseem both were hospitalised very well and very professional.

The location is perfect for some of Lahores famous land marks..the hotel is fantastic 10/10
Everything is just perfect here at the four points Sheraton so complain about anything
Warm welcome, felt safe and homely. Helpful staff, very kind to our elderly father who we were visiting and came with us to Lahore for a day out and look round the hotel. Room was clean and tidy. Every person we came across was friendly, even security on the gate. Thank you for a lovely stay.
Lack of availability of free water. Wasn't topped up and chargeable. We had no mini bar although before our very early check out a member of staff came to check if wed used the mini bar. Even the executive lounge didn't have water after the snacks, tea and coffee closed.
Stay was exceptional hope will stay again. WiFi also working great.

The location is a bit far from Gulberg but other than that everything was perfect.
Very nice hotel, very clean and great staff especially front office staff. Ms. Najma and Ms. Asheeba are lovely. Doing good job
