Hotel did not full fill my expectation.
Pros:

Room was ok, but no switch off possible near bed. View from roof top was good.
Reception staff was Friendly to solve any issue. Parking available.

Cons:

Music on Pool was extrem laud. Cant stay there more then 2 minutes. Restaurant Staff have very poor kind of Dressing.
Although i am Favoure of Female job in Hotel but Enterence Door (door man) should be a male staff. Old Furniture in the Lobby.

Nice and practical
Pros:

Food and hospitality were very nice, Stuff was very friendly, i went in winter so using the Pool was not possible

The hotel vibe is amazing. Every spot looks great warm and welcoming. The service was really great but i suggested that to change food its average not delicious

Not impressive but tolerable
Pros:

We had an executive room to use the exec lounge but there was little point in the lounge. The snacks weren't appetising.
Several issues with our room like the plug not fitting in the plughole to have a bath, the batteries on the safe were flat so it was useless and the bed was uncomfortable. Front desk and lobby staff were a bit scattered, one night they phoned us at 11:30pm and woke us up to ask if we wanted to use the health club?!
Restaurants were nice but avoid the buffet at peak times like lunch. The gym was good and they provided a free shuttle to the airport which was also good.

Should have stayed in PC
Pros:

Its not of the same standard as other four points around the world. It was dusty, the TV was very small and the overall finish of the rooms was not up the usual four points standards, seemed a little shabby. I regret this choice

Value for money and well maintained as compared to other Hotels in the area.
Pros:

The business suite accommodated my family extremely well. My 2 kids really enjoyed the plunge pool. All the staff members and employees made the whole stay very comfortable. My 9 year old daughter really enjoyed the hospitality of Miss. Asheeba (GRO) and she actually appreciated GROs communication skills and kind behavior. Further details in the shared picture.

Cons:

Facilities for the kids in the premises. Music in the lobby area. Washroom Facility for drivers.
