All the things available were perfectly fine, and the room was comfortable too. Housekeeping staff and supervisors were very helpful.
The Internet was not good to stay connected and work.
Checkin was terrible. Took 30 minutes. Najma Khan was chewing something while talking to the guests. She went crazy over the phone while talking to some else. She raises her voice, she is not patient. She is tense and aggressive. She whould not work at front desk.
Rooms are not clean. AC filters are not clean. When you enter the room you feel a bad smell and your eyes get wet.
Staff was very friendly , welcoming and the hospitality was great. The breakfast was delicious. Besides the breakfast there is a great rooftop BBQ restaurant.
Everyone working there is really friendly. Beds where super comfy, they even have options for you to pick your favorite type of pillows!
Excellent room service food.
The shower in the washroom had a minor leaky tap when the shower was on.
Staff was very good. I had a late check in and they were able to expedite the checkin process. Room was very spacious, they also provided a complimentary extra bed for my kids.
Breakfast can be better, not enough variety in the food. Need more continental breakfast options added. Quality of food was decent though.
