I had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Lahore. The hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, hospitality, cleanliness, and convenience. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and very comfortable, while the food and overall ambiance made the experience even more enjoyable.

What truly stood out was the exceptional service from the staff. Everyone was warm, professional, and always ready to help. A special thanks to front office Mr. Aslam, Ms Najma for their outstanding hospitality, kindness, and attention to detail. The team made the stay extra comfortable and memorable with the excellent customer service.

I highly recommend Four Points by Sheraton Lahore to anyone visiting Lahore for business or leisure. Looking forward to staying here again!

It was a comfortable and enjoyable stay with great service and a welcoming atmosphere.
Pros:

The reception staff, especially Mr. Waseem and Ms. Najam, were friendly and nice. Airport pickup was also smooth and comfortable. A big shout-out to the driver.

Cons:

A price should be a little bit less. Make it easy for everyone to stay at your place

Exceptional and clean
Pros:

The property was grand and beautiful, initially when I was checking out Mr Aslam general manager spoke to me and convinced me to stay another night and after that I ended up staying an other night as my experience was just amazing .
I would be staying there again during my next visit to Pakistan

Top class hotel , very very good services
Pros:

I liked everything. Room was spacious and clean , breakfast good , facilities very good.
The most beautiful surprise was the service of employees. I am a traveler for 20 years , and i have been to other 4-5 stars hotels , but services as this hotel i have never seen.(not comparing with high end luxury).I was very well received , explained the hotel facilities by the concierge , even the cleaning team did good job , and all of them were very friendly and nice. The ratio of comfort/price was very good.
I will definitely come back and stay there.
