Pros:

Beds were great! Room was clean!

Cons:

Some things needed to be fixed, the table between the beds was about to fall off, better toilet paper if possible and toilet kept running, had to giggle the handle for it to stop

Decent breakfast. Bed was comfortable

Cons:

Smelled. People were banging all night and early in the morning almost like they were doing construction on some of the rooms. Only 1 elevator worked. Also charged $100 (refundable) for damages without informing me up front.
