O custo e localização são bons, mas café da manhã e atendimento não me atendeu.

Da localização , o acesso a tudo que visitei foi sempre muito rápido e sem qualquer inconveniência

Cons:

Do café da manhã, não havia variedade, sempre a mesma opção de pão, panqueca, hambúrguer de carne ou de ovo. O iogurte também não era gostoso.
No quarto ainda há carpet no piso, oque não permite uma limpeza adequada. A limpeza do quarto foi feita dia sim outro não, as toalhas ficavam molhadas e não eram trocadas. Precisei buscar toalhas novas pelo menos 3 vezes durante a estadia. O atendimento da equipe de limpeza foi hostil.

Hotel cobra $100 dólares de taxa caso quebre algo do quarto, porém só devolve $50 dólares, si vc já chegou no Brasil e reclama com quem?

Não compensa, é melhor buscar outro hotel e dispensar esse.

Precisei de mais um dia de estadia e me cobraram mais $100 dólares de taxa e novamente só devolveram a metade.

Uma diaria de $89 dólares + a taxa que eles não devolvem o total ($50,00) acabou saindo a diária por $139,00, mesmo sem causarmos nenhum dano ao hotel.

Melhor buscar outros hotéis e descartar esse, ou já sabe que vai pagar a mais $50,00 por cada check-in.

De kamers zijn heel vochtig! Je mag toch meer verwachten van dit.

Het receptie personeel heeft helaas totaal geen idee wat ze aan het doen zijn. Het inchecken duurt ongeveer een uur. Ik zou teveel hebben betaald, dit zou verrekend worden met de borg. Uiteindelijk na terugkomst moeten mailen, maar ik krijg ineens geen borg terug, want het bedrag zou toch al juist zijn geweest etc etc.. Kortom ze hebben geen idee wat ze aan doen zijn. Notabene de enige die het wel juist had, was het personeelslid die zijn eerste dag maakte.

In de titel van het hotel op booking staat shuttle to theme parks. Er rijdt inderdaad een shuttle één keer per dag heen en terug, Rijdt enkel naar universal studios en disney Epcot, dus bijv niet naar het nieuwste park Epic Universe. Ze hebben geen idee hoe lang de shuttle er over doet. Door de onzekerheid, maar besloten om er op eigen manier heen te gaan om te zorgen dat ik er bij de opening aanwezig was. Tijden van de terugweg zijn ook zeer ongunstig, dus eigenlijk heb je er niet veel aan.
