Muy cerca de la plaza, habitación cómoda, solo que las almohadas son un poco altas y duras para mi gusto, pero el servicio de 10 y con ellos también pueden hacer excursiones que se ofrecen alrededor de jardín

Pros:

Si, me gustó muchísimo! Si ruidos alrededor ni externos. Muy tranquilo, la cama súper comodisima. Muy cerquita a la plaza central.

Cons:

Que no hubiese un restaurante dentro del hotel. Igual no afectó en nada ni tampoco es que hubiese sido la gran cosa pero le daría un plus al hotel.

Brilliant location and warm staff
Pros:

Exceptional location, loved being 20 secs from the beautiful square. Staff are all really friendly and even though I didn’t speak Spanish nor them loads of English we got by and they always smiled! I extended my stay by a night, I wanted to stay longer but they were fully booked! Free coffee which is delicious and water was a plus. They kept my luggage while I explored for the day.

Cons:

Could be improved by a better lighting (warmer main light) and a bedside light but it’s common in Colombia not to have this in the room.

Amazing hotel in the heart of Jardin
Pros:

It an amazing place just a few steps from the main plaza. The rooms are super comfty and spotlesly clean, bathrooms as well. A jar of water was an extra plus.
Very kind, helpful staff.
A place to come back to and to recommend anyone who visits beautiful Jardin.

The location was great, staff and decor were bright and sunny and I liked all day coffee, tea and water.

Cons:

I'm sad to say anything negative but there were negatives. No windows to the outside as seems common in Colombia. The window opened to internal space, like all rooms, which meant room security required it to be shut overnight and for privacy in general. This meant the room was quite stuffy. Also, this design meant any noise in the corridor etc. sounded like it was in the room. No bedside lamps. Either dark or super bright. The plumbing was seriously noisy and never had hot water although I followed instructions to access but received only a small electric shock for my efforts. Hmm.

Много шарено, приятно, комфортно, изключително чисто, много поддържано - всеки ден виждахме хора, които се грижеха за мястото, включително и да поставят при почистването ароматни лампи за освежаване на въздуха. Само на минута от площада, но в същото време на много тихо и спокойно място. Районът е оживен, има магазинчета, кафенета в близост. Винаги има човек на рецепцията, а когато няма се заключва входната врата и се ограничава достъпа на външни хора. Стаята ни беше достатъчно широка за 3ма души, топла вода, чисти и свежи чаршафи, чисто навсякъде. За гостите на хотела имаше чай, кафе, вода.

All you need for a perfect family stay in Jardín
Pros:

This is a family owned hotel in the middle of the town with a beautiful authentic architecture, like going back in time. Amazing and friendly staff who wants to help you with everything you need. Rooms are comfortable and clean. You can get all the information of the area and order your tours in the reception, which were unforgettable. We stayed here with a family of three.

Cons:

Nothing, all fantastic. They don’t serve breakfast but have coffee and tea available and there is a great breakfast served just next door.
