Piccole accortezze per migliorare
Pros:

Staff gentile con menzione per Francesco che è stato molto disponibile ad darci consigli. Posizione a 2 passi dalla stazione centrale, a 15 minuti a piedi dal municipio ed ad una ventina di minuti a piedi dal centro. Ottima la politica di dare benefit da utilizzare al loro bar se non ti facevi pulire la camera tutti i giorni

Cons:

Corridoio per raggiungere le stanze assai stretto. In camera mancanza di una presa elettrica su entrambi i lati del letto. Letto disposto in posizione stretta (nonostante la camera non fosse piccola) e quindi da un lato potevi sbattere contro la tv ((messa di lato) e dall'altro in pratica andavi a sbattere nelle tende. Inconcepibile per un 4 stelle che il cappuccino si paghi a parte.

Good location and nice staff, but the hotel it's not kept at the standards it used to have.

Cons:

I had been in this hotel 10 years before and the standards have definetely gone down. Iit is a bit run down, carpets and lift often not clean, had to mention in reception that there had been dirt for hours in one of the floors carpets. Looks like they haven't revamped/kept up the hotel at the original standards. Also breakfast used to be better. While it was acceptable, it didn't have some of the products it used to have or were shown in the hotel pictures (herrings, for example).

Nice hotel, in a great location, friendly personnel
Pros:

the hotel is cool in a great location, the personell very friendly, but the breakfast was very poor. It's also really disappointing in 2026 not to have a proper coffee machine in the breakfast area.

Pros:

Friendly staff, good breakfast and value for money hotel. The location was very good and convenient.

Cons:

The bathroom was about uncomfortable and designed for taller people, I felt a bit stressed to get out of the bathtub. But not an issue in the overall experience.

Excellent hotel for city break.
Pros:

This was our first visit to Copenhagen and decided on this hotel, which proved to be a very smart choice. It's a 4-* boutique hotel that certainly lives up to its rating and is conveniently located, with just a 5 minute walk from the Central Station. The hotel itself is very clean, and all the staff are polite and pleasant. Breakfast is well catered for with a good choice of buffet style food. The hotel is I'm easy walking distance to the Meat Packin District, where you'll find enough eating establishments to suit all tastes.
All in all, it is a hotel that I would highly recommend.

Brilliant
Pros:

Brilliant location approximately 100 metres from central railway station. The hotel was really nice, lovely staff, beautiful room fabulous breakfast definitely recommended.

Our room was very small
Toilet paper was poor quality
Lack of storage space for clothes, wardrobe door didn’t open fully.
Pillows - not enough pillows, too many cushions!
