Overall, I love the comfort of the room and the location was great!
Pros:

I liked the ambiance and the cleanliness of the room and lobby area felt welcoming.

Cons:

When I was checking out the receptionist didn’t have a pleasant gesture. She just simply pointed to where I should leave the key and nothing else, not even to say please come back again.

We liked the location and the Chop restaurant that was attached.
Pros:

The lobby was very nice and comfortable. Our room was nice as well.

Cons:

Too much chemicals in the hottub. Burnt our eyes and dried out our skin really bad.

The main issue was the pool. The pool was too cold to stay in for any length of time. Also the hot tub wasn’t very hot! Other people mentioned the same.

Pros:

Loved the shower and the overall hotel. It is very nicely decorated, clean and updated. Was a quick trip, didn't use facilities except ate at CHOP, and slept there. Chop was great (like usual), and hotel overall was really nice.

Cons:

The pillows were aweful and the bed was too soft! Pillows are way too big, even the soft ones were hard to sleep on. We ended up leaving before 6am because we had such a terrible sleep,. I recommend 2 large pillows and 2 smaller ones.

It’s an ok stay, but they can do better.
Pros:

The room is clean. Restaurant is connected to the hotel.

Cons:

Book for 3 guests, hotel only provided 2 of everything (2 towels, 2 bathrobes, 2 drinking glasses etc…). The mirror in the elevator are dirty.

Pros:

The building was Nice, Clean, and modern. Enjoyed the Large soaker Tub Room with high 12ft ceilings (on the top floor)The internet wifi was good, one of the Tvs (livingroom) was able to screen share with my phone to get Netflix. The soaker Tub was nice and big perfect for 2.
The windows are huge let in lots of light great view at the back of the building, I do recommend using an eye mask, the black out curtains aren't quite adequate for those big windows.
The Pool with Slide and Hot Tub were Nice and added to my stay, the hot Tub is nice and hot with great jets and nice and deep. The pool was kinda cold and hard to get used to when your used to swimming at one of the local Rec centers, but keep moving and you'll get used to it or just hop back into the hot tub. It was clean but the pool shower was not working, but I just showered in my suite which was really nice with a rain shower head and hand held.
I would have liked a full size fridge with a freezer that would have been better for me. As I cook all my own food due to celiac.
Having a kitchenette plus nice room with a Giant Tub is a Rare find. Definitely appreciate it.

I like that the elevators require your key card to use, so no outside people can roam.

Cons:

*For some reason I had a reaction to the bedding, got a weird itchy skin rash. Had to pick up my own sheets and blanket and pillow cases and the itching went away. They say they don't use anything with scents or softeners just Tide. Idk if they use anything else bleach or enzymes etc. I only use Molly Suds at home.
It would be nice if they had a hypoallergenic bedding on request option.

It would be great if all the TVs were smart had Netflix etc and were Smart View/Screen Mirror option.

Was ok but not great overall
Pros:

Convenient location and they had a pool

Cons:

We opened the sofa bed and it was dirty. We left it and made do because it was 11 pm. But in the am I told the front desk staff and all they said was well you should have called down and we would have done something last night.
