Pros:

Didn't have breakfast. found the hotel easy to access.

my bed was very soft
shampoo was watery and conditioner I believe had soap in it as it foamed ALOT

A Hotel who cares about its clients.
Pros:

We arrived quite late. My husband is 81 I’m 71 My husband has mobility problems and the front desk gave us a room by the elevator on the main floor so we wouldn’t have to walk far. His suggestion so considerate. Also they let us stay after checkout as we were waiting for a prescription to be filled. Again very helpful and considerate. It’s obviously a hotel chain that cares about their clients so refreshing…
