Exceptional Stay with Friendly Staff, Comfortable Rooms, and Outstanding Dining
Pros:

We had a wonderful experience! The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived.

Our room was very spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean. The beds were so comfortable, with soft pillows and bedding, and the large bathroom and beautiful shower were an added bonus!

We also loved the convenience of having CHOP restaurant right in the hotel. We enjoyed both an amazing breakfast and dinner during our stay. I would definitely recommend making a reservation for dinner, as it was quite busy—and understandably so!

We were pleasantly surprised and truly impressed with our entire stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Cons:

Would be nice to have a couple bottles of water for rooms.

Pros:

The room and bed were great, large shower and bathroom was also great.

Cons:

The hallway smelled of urine in a spot. The compliment coffee downstairs also tasted bad.

Used to be a great hotel.
Pros:

The location was excellent, with it being close to stores, gas stations, restaurants and the highway.

Cons:

The bed felt like we were sleeping on a concrete slab. The pillows were equally as hard.
The room was dirty, with previous guests' handprints all over the windows, dirty grout in the bathroom, both bathroom sinks were broken and the TV was hanging sideways on the wall.
Housekeeping staff was hanging off the trash can at the back entrance smoking so we had to wait until they finished smoking before we felt comfortable walking our young child into the building. And the cherry on top was when we let the housekeeper (older, short brown hair with accent) know about the issues in the room, she stated "thats not my job". She should have said "I will let the maintenance team know ". No wonder the place is falling apart.
