Excellent hôtel
Pros:

- Hotel très bien situé, au pied de la rue piétonne Wangfujing
- Commerces et restaurants tout autour
- Chambres modernes et très propres
- Bon petit déjeuner varié, salé et sucré, la salle où l’on s’installe est très belle
- Personnel très réactif, nous avons demandé un chauffage pour notre chambre ainsi qu’un adaptateur pour la prise, cela nous a été apporté en 5 minutes
- Le meilleur hotel où nous avons séjourné en Chine

La pulizia, la posizione, le tante bottiglie d’acqua in omaggio in camera, la colazione spettacolare

Cons:

La cena al ristorante interno dove fanno la colazione è da evitare. È molto più buona la colazione. Meglio mangiare in giro anche se si è stanchi. Fuori c’è una via pedonale con molti posti buoni senza prendere trasporti

Cons:

When I made the hotel reservation, I requested that they make a reservation for me at a restaurant I wanted to try, but they said they couldn't do that, despite my insistence, and that I should speak to the concierge in person upon arrival. Well, when I arrived I did so immediately, but the restaurant was already fully booked during my stay. I informed the hotel of what happened, and they apologized and said they would review the policy, but it's still worth noting.

Top Hotel an top Lage
Pros:

Top Lage, top Hotel. Super schöner Swimmingpool, nie zu voll. Wir waren zwei Wochen im Hotel und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Cons:

Das einzige, dass man bemängeln könnte, ist, dass das Putzpersonal oft einfach ins Zimmer kam, obwohl das nicht stören Licht aktiviert war. Ansonsten war alles super.

Superb hotel in a convenient location
Pros:

Excellent location, very close to shops and restaurants. The Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square are also conveniently located not far from the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is beautifully decorated, very clean, and exceptionally well maintained.

Świetnie spędzony czas!

Smaczne śniadania, szeroki wybór. Piękna sceneria wokół.

Cons:

Jedyne co nie zrobiło na mnie wrażenia to basen, który nie jest zbyt duży, a w dodatku woda w nim była chłodna.

Convenient & amazing!
Pros:

Amazing location. Beautiful hotel. They were able to give us a 10am check-in time. All the staff was super helpful. The spa was great, we got a foot massage every day. The breakfast was great. And it’s right on Wangfujing road which was incredible.
