Having to pay to park in the hotel lot and the lot has potholes to boot; homeless people hanging out on the property; not the best side of town.
Frustrating experience. The pool and jacuzzi were closed. Many high school students stayed there so it was noisy and crowded. THEY OVERCHARGED ME. I used Booking.com for $1363.30 and they charged me $1547.78.
I used Booking.com and the price was supposed to be $1363.30 and they charged me $1547.78. I called the hotel and I try to contact Booking.com. So frustrating for being overcharged by $200. Terrible service. No one wants to help RESOLVE the $200 overcharging. :(
They overcharged above Booking.com quoted rate.
Paying for parking
The hotel is in need of renovation — it feels very outdated. The rooms were clean, and it’s clear that the cleaning staff do a good job maintaining them. However, the condition of the rooms has aged significantly, and it’s difficult to keep them looking fresh.
In particular, the carpets, sofas, and armchairs are very worn and clearly need to be replaced. Overall, while cleanliness is maintained, the hotel would greatly benefit from a full update.

Rooms and clean
Paying for parking and them taking 30 dollars that was to be. For if damage we only slept there still took 30 out of my account will never stay again believe it is a rip off. There was no way to dry hands in lobby bathroom. My daughter got a yellow ticket and was there just long enough to get me to my room. I would never recommend this place because of all that and had a friend come get me and since we figured would be there about 2 hours cost friend 16 dollars to park have to be rich to stay I heard others complaining about paying to park. It's asham e since rooms are nice. But I'll be staying somewhere else. Guess back to where I was staying a little further from where I want to be but much cheaper when booked they forgot to tell about paid parking and that people had to pay just to help you to room. 731 819 2358

Having to pay for parking and the shower water didn’t get warm.
Great location- easy to drive to Bridgestone Arena - Friendly and accommodating staff
3rd party charging for parking - since no shuttle is provided to Arena - have to pay to park on property and then have to pay to park downtown - very expensive parking per day
Excellent staff, breakfast was good. Room was cozy and clean
I am shocked this is a Hampton Inn as it is not up to standards. Lights in bathroom did not work no door knob on door to the bathroom. Not clean - this Hotel needs to do major renovations ASAP!!!!!!
Very clean, beds were hard but everything else was good. Read my What I didn’t like.
Someone was smoking in the room next door. The smell could be smelled in the bedroom of of our suite and the bathroom. I have asthma and it was a miserable night. I told the staff and they said they could move me. We was late and we were already settled. Nothing was done and when I asked about a small credit and was told no.
Convenient location for my needs
Having to pay to park my car, no valet.
The room was the farthest away from the elevator and I have difficulty walking distances.
Great staff and location
No notice when booking parking was $40 a day
