It was ok. It was a clean room and we needed a room close to the hospital to sleep.
Pros:

It was close to the medical center

Cons:

Paying $35 per night parking, the heating in the room didn’t change temperatures, the heater had flashing lights all night long, had to ask for room to have garbage emptied and new towels. Had to ask for glasses as well.

Breakfast was ok. Bed very comfortable!! Quiet atmosphere.

FELT SAFE

Sweet registration assistant did help us look for a luggage cart and then helped us with a load of luggage. Kudos to her for offering!! She's definitely a keeper and asset to your business.

Have always stayed Drury, even for my private consultant business until I had to retire. Always consistent.

Cons:

NEED MORE LUGGAGE CARTS!! Disabled and had surgery there. My friend had had neck surgery. We were unable to find a luggage cart anywhere to unload our car AND upon leaving. Big ding for us!

PARKING FEE! Really?? The last time we were there for surgery, no parking fee.

NO DISCOUNTS! Last time we stayed we got an AARP and medical discount!

COST OF ROOM was ok, but high for us.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable. King size bed with standard pillows and only 4 for 2 people. $42/ night for parking was ridiculous.
