Other than having to try to get the door to unlock it was ok,will not stay there again

On arrival they tried to give me a 2 bed room,I booked a 1 bed,get to the room had trouble with the door unlocking, reported it was told maintenance had left,said it would be fixed the next day didn’t happen called and reported it same result 🤬🤬🤬

Personnel courtois, mais chambres en très mauvais état.

Check in staff was very friendly and professional.

Cons:

Room small, not very clean, toilet way to close to sink that I hit my head, continental breakfast was terrible only sugary cereal, toast & juice. Check in staff was very friendly and professional yet check out staff was unfriendly. Not a good experience!
