Pros:

Room, staff and location are excellent.

Cons:

Staff, while excellent in all respects, did not not answer a request I made by email - correction of a wrong name on a voucher we received upon leaving.

Vienna. Full stop.
Pros:

Nothing much to dislike. The staff were lovely and attentive. Especially the concierge and Grüne Bar staff. The anniversary gift they left for us was the icing on the cake. So lovely.

Cons:

Not much. Wish it had been left with more of the original woodwork and patine, but I get it.

飯店可以住！餐廳就算了吧！
Pros:

地理位置很棒！Hotle前台、早餐餐廳工作人員熱情友好！

Cons:

Rote Bar 的服務人員有點種族歧視！坐了10多分鐘都沒有送菜單過來. 其他桌的客人都點完上麵包了我們這桌還沒有任何動靜.直到我們走過去跟服務人員要菜單說可以給我們菜單嗎？才說抱歉！忘了！真幽默！開了那麼多年的餐廳竟然有這種事情發生！而且家人走過去問菜單的時候櫃檯工作人員看到也是冷眼看一下後假裝沒看到！莫名其妙的搞得好像我們很粗魯一樣🤣

Top hotel
Pros:

The hotel has been beautifully maintained and is in a fantastic location. The hotel staff were friendly and very attentive, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome during our visit to celebrate my wife's birthday.

Cons:

Nothing really, our flight was delayed and so the only downside was not arriving earlier.

Séjour agréable sinon le manque de communication en français
Pros:

emplacement , la décoration , le confort J'avais déjà séjouné au SACHER et je ne suis pas déçu
je regrette la disparition des tableaux dans les couloirs
Cela est devenu aseptisé

Cons:

Principalement qu'aucun membre du personnel ne parle français
Et la réponse est toujours très " hautaine " ONLY ENGLISH !!!
C'est anormal pour cet Hôtel de cette notoriété internationale
