Very good and attentive service staff during breakfast.
Pros:

Very well appointed. Lovely room with a direct view of the Albertina. Very convenient distance to the main shopping strip.

Cons:

Very poor first impression when doorman slammed our luggage against the door.

Pure class
Pros:

The staff were incredible!!!! I loved all the bell men and wine and the concierges. They never made us feel like a nuisance and always seemed so excited to have us there

The attention to detail by the staff was fantastic, customer service is clearly the priority and it shows.
Pros:

It is a jewel box of a hotel just absolutely beautiful inside. Very well located in the centre of everything. Staff rush to greet you - you are made to feel like this is your home.

Esperienza unica!
Pros:

Struttura spettacolare ed austera con personale gentilissimo. Ci hanno dato una camera spaziosissima e bellissima. Abbiamo fatto la colazione, che era spettacolare, ordinando sia piatti alla carta che preso al buffet. Abbiamo fatto anche una cena al Rote Bar dove era tutto buonissimo. Personalmente l'hotel migliore dove io sia mai stato, addirittura il caffè della stanza era buonissimo, cosa che per me, al di fuori di Napoli, è impossibile trovare. La Sacher è spaziale!

Cons:

Unico neo il tablet per ordinare i piatti in camera che era scarico e non ben funzionante al nostro arrivo che ci ha fatto impiegare un po' di tempo per ordinare.

Once in a lifetime worth it
Pros:

The staff, the room. The hotel itself makes you feel like you were in the 1800's. It is worth going at least once in a lifetime.

Cons:

Bed was not the bed I have slept in. For me, pillows we too flat, even when having more than one. Breakfast was very good, but not the best one I have been, specially for the price.
