The room has a view of the ocean and the mountains, and could feel the cool ocean breeze. Just at the outskirt of Waikiki but the beaches are 5 - 15 minute walk. There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making it super convenient and inexpensive to get around. Lots of restaurant but expensive. There's also 2 very good market nearby, Food Pantry at Eaton Square and Island Country Market.
The 2 major stop lights on both side of the hotel were very slow. I think it was made it that way to allow the pedestrians to have a leisure and safe crossing.
Very close to Wakiki beaches. Very quiet hotel. Easy to reach from airport (bus stop close to the hotel, W line)
This is a nice hotel with a good location if you don't mind walking a bit. Rooms are only made every 3 days, but it didn't bother us because we only stayed there 2 nights. Beds were very comfortable and there is free coffee and water downstairs in the lobby. It would be nice if they included breakfast in the price.
The pool area is very plain, maybe give it a bit of un upgrade or more welcoming "atmosphere" like potplants or something?
Breakfast at IHOP was good
Upgrade. Our feet was dirty walking on the carpet. Wearing socks turn dirty black. The exhaust fan was loud in bathroom didn’t suck any moisture out. The room was always damp. lol my
Location and parking when available.
Had 2 parking space reserved but both were taken and the towels and entry way smells molded.
Location
Slow elevator and parking is first come first serve
The room was spacious with all the amenities I needed and I even noticed there is a laundry room so I could bring back clean clothes. The staff was friendly and accommodating I would definitely stay again.
The parking was a bit crowded and tight but once you get a hang of it it’s not a problem and if you can’t find parking inside there are outside options and the hotel refunds you for the days you can’t park (if that does happen)
Musty smell
I went for a quick interisland day trip which required surgery. The staff was friendly, rooms comfortable, and everything was walkable. I always opt to stay here! Plus my service animal was very welcomed
Location was wonderful. Easy to find. Offer luggage storage. Accommodated an extremely late check in after flight delay.
Very nice for budget.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Area is great, within walking distance of beach and many other attractions. Food in the area good too. Being from Hawaii, I am aware of the tight spaces of the roads and parking. If you're new to Hawaii, be mindful, garage is very tight. All in all, I think this hotel is a great value. 2 things to know, tight parking and slow elevators, common to the islands.
