Toller Aufenthalt - Spa gerne etwas länger!
Pros:

Moderne Zimmer, toller Spa-Bereich, nah am Lift, freundliches Personal und alles super sauber. ☺️

Cons:

Die Öffnungszeiten des Spas waren uns zu kurz. Nach einem langen Skitag war es fast stressig nochmal schnell wenigstens einen Saunagang zu machen. Eine Stunde länger und wir wären wunschlos glücklich. 😉

Le cadre de l'hôtel, l'accueil, la qualité des buffets, le parking, la proximité des cabines.

Cons:

Le manque de variétés dans les buffets proposés d'un jour à l'autre, d'autant plus que, sauf erreur, 2 restaurants/buffets sur 3 étaient accessibles/soir.
Le supplément de prix élevé dans le restaurant pour l'offre hamburger du vendredi.

Superb, am fost doi ani la rând. Am descoperit cel mai tare apreschi din Alpi.

Locație excelentă, lângă pârtie.

Securitatea WI-FI, după ce am conectat laptopul la rețeaua WI -FI, cineva a încercat să intre pe el :(

Einen Upgrade aufs Zimmer, dadurch Blick zur Bergbahn und Skipiste. Viel ruhiger gelegen, und im 6. OG....Traumhaft.
Essen wieder einmalig.
Pool einfach schön ...

Pros:

Hotel je na skvělém místě, pár desítek metrů od nástupu na lanovku. Co se týče lyžování, máte možnost buď údolí, kde se nachází hotel, případně přejet do druhého údolí, takže možností je opravdu hodně.
Hotel má vlastní parkování, takže nemusíte řešit, co s autem. Také je zde lyžárna, kde můžete nechat o oblečení, vše do rána uschne, vyhřívače na přezkáče.
Super snídaně (včetně skleničky prosecca :-)), večeře výběr ze tří restaurací (někdy jen ze dvou), nám nejvíce chutnala italská a asijská. Ale vše bylo výborné, velký výběr. Ještě jsme jednou využili odpolední občerstvení (myslím od 15 hod.) - také dostačující.
Bazén super, sauny též (ale až od 16 let). K dispozici ručníky a taška do sauny. Herna pro teenagery nebo malé děti. Kino jsme nevyzkoušeli.
Pokoj dostatečně velký i s rozestlaným gaučem, infrasaunu jsme moc nevyužili, raději jsme šli do klasické (i když společné) sauny.
Pantofle a župany na pokoji jsou příjemné.
V okolí na dojití Spar. O něco dále pár obchůdků a Billa v centru. Centrum malé, jedna procházka nám stačila. V hale cestou do centra minigolf, docela prima zpestření programu.

Cons:

Nevím, zda to bylo tím, že jsme měli pokoj přes booking a ne nepřímo, ale v pokoji nebyly župany pro děti, musely se zaplatit zvlášť, což nám v hotelu této úrovně přišlo zvláštní. Stejně tak nebyly k dispozici žádné šampóny, tělový krém apod., což v takovýchto hotelech vnímáme už jako standard (a samozřejmě jsme si vlastní nepřivezli).

Great place for a family winter vacation

The hotel is great, it is very near to a ski lift and has a ski equipment storage area for every room. The spa area is fine even though the visitors supposedly have to NOT be wearing anything - a rule followed by few and for me needless

Cons:

I have been visiting the hotel with my family for several years now and unfortunately the staff isn’t really responsive to the client’s needs and requests. It was extremely hard for us to reserve a table for dinner - hat to ask 3 times and wait until 7:30 in the morning to make the reservation even though I explained that we usually leave at 7:00 to get as ready for skiing.
