Great place, just need to be in the main building or stay somewhere else.
Pros:

It’s a lovely, charming place we’ve stayed several times.

Cons:

This time we stayed in the Trellis section. We’re not given any directions on which building it was when we were super tired. Did not like this part of the property. Loud and close to the freeway, so noisy. This section should not cost as much as the other rooms.

非常好的招待，酒店的招待人员特别热情，酒店有热水热苹果茶热咖啡，对于我们这种比较晚入住的非常友好，酒店的装修很漂亮，床也睡得非常舒服，我感觉比我前几天住的五星级酒店还好，我们一家人都很喜欢这里，觉得是一个风水服气很好的地方！

Good facility for a short stay.
Pros:

@ 2 free cookies on arrival. no other food included but a restaurant is available on site which we did not use.

Cons:

Room 27 was cramped with a king size bed taking up a lot of space. Small bathroom but functional. They offered a wine tasting but only 2 wines were available (RED or White ) You had to chose just one and it was served in a clear 2oz cup along with a small cup of trail mix. Do not call it a wine tasting as it was more of a 1 oz taste of wine with no presentation.

The front desk help were very helpful getting my reservation for the wrong overnight stay cancelled and refunded.

Very nice place to stay in SLO!
Pros:

Nice, large room with very comfortable bed. The grounds are well landscaped and tended. We enjoyed hearing the frogs at night from the nearby waterwheel!

Pros:

Close to freeway, great for walking to trolley. Very quiet.

Cons:

Soft water and low pressure. The soft water was way too soft, didn’t feel clean after showering. Too much salt in water?
