Staff was delightful. The bathroom and the room were both very spacious and clean.
We tried the restaurant in the morning. It was clean and the food was good.
Not sure if the water is "soft" but it feels like you can't get the soap off.
We didn't realize that the parking was an additional fee. Didn't love that.
Overall the stay was good, upon arriving, one of the clerks was busy and she called another person to attend me right away. I was offered cookies and everything was explained.
The pool was nice, the free wine tasting was also nice.
Based on pricing. Compared prices and this had seemed to be the best.

Éloigné du centre, motel sur la route pour descendre vers Los Angeles, pas d'intérêt particulier
La chambre et la salle de bain étaient vraiment très confortables. Le feu de cheminée à la vapeur était vraiment sympa.
L’accueil avec jus de pomme chaud, café, thé et 1 cookie par jour et par personne était assez sympa. J’ai aussi apprécié la dégustation de vin offerte à l’arrivée.
La chambre était un peu sombre à cause de son exposition Nord, mais l’éclairage était judicieux pour compenser.
La piscine était un peu petite.
Tous les hôtels semblaient situés dans cette même zone à l’entrée de la ville, ainsi il faut absolument la voiture pour aller dans le centre.

Wifi was almost unusable. If fixed, this would make this spot so much more desirable.
Charming and welcoming.
The property itself was beautiful, charming and welcoming. The room had a bit of an issue.
Room was clean and large.
Charging an additional $15 for parking? AT A MOTEL? That is unforgiveable. And that it was a surprise made it worse. And that the rather surly overnight guy offered us cookies right after was hilarious, like that made up for the surprise charge. Surprise fees and charges are a blight, in a restaurant or in a hotel. Maybe we're lucky they didn't charge us a "resort fee" as well!
