Charming, and delightful, with awful pillows.
Pros:

The room we were given was spacious, thoughtfully decorated, had a fireplace for an extra cozy feel, and a very large bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The spa was hot, and the pool was warm. The entire vibe of this place was amazing, like staying in your granny's mansion. They give you fresh baked chocolate chip cookies at check in, and they have tasteless country music playing in the lobby, just what you'd expect from a place like this. We had a great stay.

Cons:

The pillows on the bed felt like sleeping on rolled up plastic spiderwebs left over from your Halloween decorations. They need to get some down or memory foam options, because those might have been the worst pillows I've ever experienced at a hotel.

It was so enjoyable. I really enjoyed it a beautiful location.
Pros:

I loved the country charm. I love the landscaping. The grounds were beautiful.

Cons:

You took away the ice cream at the mill and you took away the top floor gift shop. It would’ve been nice to have dinner at the restaurant too.

Cons:

Room was quite small....However, I would definitely book it again and request a bigger room. We stayed at the trellis section!

Absolutely delightful!
Pros:

This exceeded all expectations. So happy I took a chance and stayed here. Very excited to stay here again. The lobby staff were so friendly and welcoming. There were fresh cookies on check in, coffee / tea / cider available, and a wine tasting (I’m sad to have missed), a very nice pool that was equipped with some kids floaties (a two year old was with me and appreciated the mermaid tail floaty), I was able to check in early, there was a fireplace in my room, there was a little back patio area, a fridge in the room, and bathrobes!

Cons:

Pretty hard pressed to find anything—it was pretty lovely. The tv wasn’t great but I didn’t need it and honestly would have even been happy without it. The $15 parking fee was a bit of a bummer but fine.

Great place, just need to be in the main building or stay somewhere else.
Pros:

It’s a lovely, charming place we’ve stayed several times.

Cons:

This time we stayed in the Trellis section. We’re not given any directions on which building it was when we were super tired. Did not like this part of the property. Loud and close to the freeway, so noisy. This section should not cost as much as the other rooms.

Good facility for a short stay.
Pros:

@ 2 free cookies on arrival. no other food included but a restaurant is available on site which we did not use.

Cons:

Room 27 was cramped with a king size bed taking up a lot of space. Small bathroom but functional. They offered a wine tasting but only 2 wines were available (RED or White ) You had to chose just one and it was served in a clear 2oz cup along with a small cup of trail mix. Do not call it a wine tasting as it was more of a 1 oz taste of wine with no presentation.

非常好的招待，酒店的招待人员特别热情，酒店有热水热苹果茶热咖啡，对于我们这种比较晚入住的非常友好，酒店的装修很漂亮，床也睡得非常舒服，我感觉比我前几天住的五星级酒店还好，我们一家人都很喜欢这里，觉得是一个风水服气很好的地方！

The front desk help were very helpful getting my reservation for the wrong overnight stay cancelled and refunded.
