A good location to chose
Pros:

The room looked clean at first glance, but I noticed that some of the less visible areas had not been cleaned properly. There was dirt and dust behind the curtains and in the space between the two doors leading to the balcony. Overall, the room was acceptable, but I think more attention should be paid to details and hard-to-reach areas during cleaning.

Ночевали одну ночь перед вылетом домой. Очень любезный и гостеприимный персонал. Было приятно решать все вопросы и получать профессиональный ответ. Нас любезно поселили в соседних номерах, как мы и просили. За доплату разрешили продлить проживание в одном из номеров до времени нашего рейса.
Был вкусный и довольно разнообразный завтрак.
Очень удобная кровать.
Отличное расположение. Чтобы попасть на вокзал, надо было только перейти через дорогу. В сильную жару это здорово экономит силы путешественника.

Cons:

В номере было всё, обещанное, но, возможно я и ошибаюсь, но у меня создалось стойкое впечатление, что вместо оплаченных улучшенных одноместных номеров, нас поселили в стандартных. Окна выходили на коммуникационные трубы, душевая была настолько крошечная, что было довольно сложно помыться. Вместо нормального биде был гигиенический душ. В шкафу был неприятный запах, одежду пришлось вешать снаружи. Я останавливалась в отелях сети NH в Бари, Бергамо, Равенне и в Парме, и везде условия были более комфортными, чем тут.

Ideal Location
Pros:

Stayed here for 2 nights on a work trip with other travel consultants. Check in was quick and easy, really clean and comfortable room with air con. Breakfast was a good selection of pastries, cereals, hams and cheeses along with a few cooked options. There were options for gluten free if required.

The hotel is ideally placed opposite the train station and around 25 minute walk to the tower. Plenty of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. I'd be more than happy to book my own customers to stay here.
