Good location
Pros:

Great location. Clean rooms. Checked in early - rooms were available.

Cons:

Trouble with our booking. Despite having confirmation for four adults, the hotel only had two on their paperwork. This resulted in extra payment for city tax and an extra breakfast.

The room was in need of maintenance. Very shabby and a bit grubby

Comfortable bed. Location of hotel

Cons:

The travel cot was dirty. Especially the mattress. There was dead spiders in cot, so it had not been checked or cleaned before giving it to us.

Beautiful end to our trip around Northern Italy, room, service and staff all excellent.
Pros:

We travelled to Pisa by train the hotel is right in front of the station - perfect! Reception had sent us a welcoming email before our stay and upgraded us to a suite which was very much appreciated.

Good hotel but poor booking service
Pros:

I love this hotel as it is central and clean

Cons:

We booked a twin bedded room (non negotiable) as two opposite sex friends. Have stayed here in the past with no problems and got to the hotel after a three hour delayed flight and was given a double room. The hotel was unapologetic and refused a refund so we could find somewhere else to stay.

Pleasent hotel in Pisa - but a little loud
Pros:

Nice, comfortable and clean. Very pleasant services. Very modern interior.

Perfect walk distance to everything in Pisa! Their public transportation is excellent too. Would recommend.

Cons:

Doors slammes hard and loudly. You can hear people talk outside your door and when others arrive their doors slams shut too.

If you stay in the room towards the busstation - remember to buy earplugs because you can hear cars, busses and people outside despite having two balcony doors.
