Disappointing
Pros:

Wifi, AC, shower and location

Cons:

The owner did not like to hear all the problems the apartment has . Hard and uncomfortable bed and sofa, I end up with back pain, tv had only local channels and didn't have clear image, was reported but technician never came to fix it , the balcony door did not close, dirty stained curtains, wall paper piling off, pretty nasty and oxide kitchen faucet, not US standards . Owner was adding additional cost not included in the price what B.com gave me and when I told her I was only one person, she said ok not to charge it and that would be like a discount . I would not recomend to my guests .

Not an exciting experience.
Pros:

two beds are comfortable.
aircon works well.
showers are great.

Cons:

refrigerator is quit old and leaking.
kitchen requires a match to start the fire. no match is provided. Leaking water. no paper towel, no dish washing liquid, …
bathroom design makes impossible to wash face.
a coffee stand’s leg is broken and causes issue.
the unit facing the street is not for sleeping. the bar opens almost 24 hours. the party goes now to 3am EVERY night and early morning traffic starts at 5am.
“apartmentos Cartagena” is the apt name but not the building name hard to find it. the lobby didn’t know the room # and requested me to contact the owner, who was busy and no answers to the call or text had to wait and wait.
check in requires $5000 pesos, paying by credit card added extra 5%.
the payment is in CASH ONLY. I didn’t read it carefully during the reservation. luckily I had enough USD cash but had to exchange it and find a Bancolombia office in the city to deposit.
in short, many surprises i never had before from booking.com offerings.

Buena ubicación, pésimo cuidado
Pros:

Muy bien ubicado, la propiedad está casi abandonada. El apartamento con cucarachas, sin toallas. Limpio? Si. Pero le falta MUCHO mantenimiento. Es una lastima. Podrían sacarle más jugo al apartamento.

Pros:

El tema de los ascensores muy deficiente, al igual deberían revisar el funcionamiento de todo el equipamiento del lugar (la nevera no funcionaba bien y se dañó los víveres comprados)

La vista muy hermosa.

Es incómodo ir a un apartamento y que sea un azar que te toque uno bueno y más cuando haces tú reserva con tanto tiempo.. poco aseo y orden
