Cons:

Please provide a trolley for hanging clothes. Our room was a VERY long way from the elevators and we had to make several trips to get all of our items to our room. Most nice hotels provide a trolley for hanging clothing so I was surprised to find there was none!

Excellent stay despite the musky odor on the third floor and the strange room smells.
Pros:

Loved the location and surrounding restaurants. We stayed there because of its proximity to Zoolights. The bed was comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was very strong. We really liked the filtered water in the rooms, microwave and refrigerator for leftovers and keeping drinks cold. We ate at Shio Ramen and the dinner was surprisingly inexpensive and both dishes we had were amazing. Complimentary breakfast bar was amazing at the hotel.

Cons:

We were placed on the third floor and there were blowers in the first hallway trying to dry out the carpets. Our room had a very strange odor, like some kind of cleaning solvent. We noticed it every time we walked into the room but our senses adjusted quickly. I'm not sure what that smell was, assumed it was some kind of cleaning solvent. It seems that we should have been told about whatever was going on with the floor.

Pros:

Easy access to Phoenix. Clean, comfortable and newer hotel. Breakfast had fewer choices but healthier options including an omelette station.
