Convenient. Cool. Clean. Great Value.
Pros:

I like the convenience of being able to pay at the property on the day of. I liked how the staff would hold on to the car keys for you; makes your car feel more safe and secured. Lastly, the hotel is literally walking distance to the boardwalk.

Cons:

The fact that the parking staff member damaged the car. Other than that the were very friendly and welcoming great overall customer service and care.

I was supposed to stay 3 nights with my family,I left the hotel next day because of the smoke smell
Pros:

The hotel is close to the beach.

Cons:

The facility smell marijuana, starting from the lobby, the hallway and the elevator. Also there were a lot of noisy guests talking I'm laughing so loud.

I was very disappointed.
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

False advertisement. Looked like from pictures our room would be inside a decent hallway. We were placed in an outside unit that I never would have booked since I was staying with my child. Very Dirty. Bed bugs. Do not disturb sign was not available. Cleaning staff entered room while away, didn’t leave clean towels but stole items. Hair dryer was filled with dust. Staff was rude. Drug deals right outside in the parking lot.
I need someone with booking or the hotel to contact me.

The facility had multiple prostitutes on site and it was disgusting

Absolutely nothing asked me for my car keys

Cons:

I didn’t like anything about the property old furniture no refrigerators in the room one microwave in the whole hotel. They kept telling me I had give them my car keys because of limited parking lot space no complementary breakfast elevator stinks . The room I reserved had a king bed and my reservation was cancelled by time I got there and I had to simplify my room for a “queen bed” and the price remained the same I will never go back ….the bathroom didn’t even have a plunger

I wish I knew about the busy location before booking.

We highly recommend HoJo for the stay and we would gladly stay here again!!
Pros:

Everything was wonderful!! I have an artificial leg and the men at the front desk made sure that I was parked right outside the front door, even though it was not expected!! But I appreciate the thoughtfulness all the same…so THANK YOU!! And the cafe downstairs was Amazing!! Great food… Great prices…EXCELLENT service!!
