Cons:

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and usually always have a pleasant experience. This time, I booked a King smoking room. Was given a Queen smoking room, with a torn up headboard and a couch that had the seats flipped upside down and completely sank to the bottom. I called the front desk and asked about the king room we booked, and the man at the front desk said there were none available?

Pros:

Because of the price, I wasn't sure I would feel comfortable. But to my surprise the room was clean NO signs of bed bugs and it was quiet.

Cons:

The area at night is totally different from the daytime. I got back to the hotel around 1 am and there were a lot of homeless people ( harmless)hanging around the area. I didn't feel threatened or afraid but someone else may not feel the same.

Bang for your buck.
Pros:

Staff were nice and informative. The room and was clean overall. I like the convenience of the cafe being within the hotel and other hotels and resorts were a short distance away.

Cons:

I was on a non-smoking floor but my room had remnants of cigarette smoke. I used a shared microwave located in the common area. This was a bit inconvenient for me as my husband and I had to go in and out the room to warm up a bottle for my toddler. I also was expecting to have a crib but found out that there was only one for the entire property and couldn’t get it because of a missing part. Aside from that I don’t think I would book again only because the neighborhood seems to be really unsafe after a certain time. We saw people walking around who looked like they were on drugs. We had to get some stuff and saw that there was a 7/11 near by. We saw on Google that they were open 24hrs (by this time it was a little bit past 10pm) when my husband got there he said it was closed due to high crime 😳. I don’t think it’s the greatest stay if you have kids.
