Great location, comfortable stay, and an overall excellent experience.
Pros:

The Marriott was in an ideal location for our trip, as it is right next to the University of Arizona Tucson campus, where we went for a college tour. There are many restaurants and stores nearby, making everything very convenient. The hotel was comfortable, and overall we had a very good experience.

Cons:

Honestly, everything met our expectations, and we didn’t encounter any issues during our stay. Overall, it was a very smooth and pleasant experience.

Would stay again for U of A visit
Pros:

The location could not have been better for U of A visit

Cons:

The bathroom in our room either wasn’t very clean or needed updating- I didn’t care to look close enough to determine which was the case.
The room smelled stale upon entering but not bad enough that we noticed beyond that.
It was typical in every other way.

Good location, but way too noisy for sleeping.
Pros:

Close to UoA

Cons:

Noisy all night with a loud party in one of the large conference rooms that lasted until 2:00 AM. We were 6 floors above it and the noise still kept us awake. At the party’s conclusion attendees gunned their engines on the streets below. At 5:00 AM there were loud persistent beeping noises coming from the hotel loading bay. There used to be a decent restaurant on site but now there’s just a buffet with cold eggs and potatoes.

Pros:

Most comfortable beds and pillows. Great location to U of A. Parking is free if you park yourself in the garage across the street. Valet is a set price.

Cons:

Expensive for 1 night.

Unable to provide invoice - violates booking.com policy
Pros:

Hotel itself was fine, location is perfect for working at university

Cons:

Even after multiple emails with customer service the Hotel is unable to provide an invoice for my stay. According to them it needs to be issued by booking.com itself, which obviously violates the booking.com policies as they never issue valid invoices for tax purposes themselves https://partner.booking.com/en-us/help/policies-payments/guest-payments/providing-guests-invoices

I’ll never stay at this hotel again! As the room was clean and amazing! The staff made it to where I’ll never stay here
Pros:

The hotel was clean and the bed was great!

Cons:

The car garage was across the street and managed by another party other than the hotel. We needed help and the staff was so rude! I have never been treated so bad from someone it was an argument to get out!
Also we were checking in a little later about 11:45pm-ish and I called to let the hotel know and again rude staff once again! Never been talked to by the way the staff at this hotel talked to me and my fiancé!
