Odlična lokacija, sve je blizu peške, dobar doručak, udoban krevet, obezbeđen parking.
Pros:

Lokacije hotela je odlična - na samom rubu centra grada. Peške smo obilazili sve atrakcije i nije neophodno koristiti javni prevoz. Doručak odličan, čistoća odlična, udoban krevet.

Cons:

Hotel obezbeđuje parking, relativno skup, ali ga ima, što je za Prag veoma bitno, ali se parking nalazi u njihovom drugom objektuktu koji je udaljen nekih 500 metara. Ne postoji mogućnost da se stane ispred hotela ni na trenutak, tako da prtljag nije moguće istovariti ispred samog hotela.

O hotel está bem localizado, a uma curta distância a pé do centro. Tem uma paragem de metro/ elétrico perto. A cama super confortável, quarto climatizado, bom pequeno almoço com muita variedade.

Cons:

バスローブ付きと書いてあったが、提供されなかった。
チェックイン時に朝食やサービス内容に関する説明が皆無だった。

Praga stupenda!! La struttura dove ho dormito no.

La pulizia è la sua posizione.
La colazione ok!

Camera piccola per ( 4 stelle )
Un “4 stelle “
Dovrebbero avere almeno una camera grande un armadio che non c’era , luce zero molto fredda .
Non si può fare colazione in una sala e vedere passare davanti alla tua faccia ospiti con le valigie …
Assurdo .

Pros:

Really good location, just 10 min walk from the centre and the old town. Breakfast is amazing and offers a variety of options!
Rooms were beautiful, clean, and modern!

Cons:

Since our room was right next to the housekeeping staff’s room, this particular experience wasn’t the best. Every morning, even before seven o’clock, there was constant clattering and chatter outside the door, which kept us from sleeping.
We left at 6:45 a.m. on our last morning to catch our flight. Breakfast started at 7 a.m. When we asked if we could grab a quick bite 15 minutes early, we were refused and told that we weren’t allowed to eat before 7:00 a.m., even though the buffet was already set out and the staff were drinking their morning coffee. I've never experienced anything like this before

Nu am avut săpun lichid la baie timp de 4 zile
La micul dejun este un singur scaun pentru copii
Tot ce este în mini bar se plătește la check out la recepție
Fetele de la micul dejun nu sunt foarte ospitaliere

Great room, exactly like the photos, clean and super comfortable bed. Really good.

Great honest hotel, but they did seem to be understaffed, when we arrived we stayed 10 minutes waiting for the door to be opened as there wasn't anyone in the reception, luckily another guest opened for us, but then we continued to wait for someone to arrive at reception to talk to us. This was on our first day, but it got better in the next days, so not sure if it was an unusual day.

One thing that bothered me a bit was that they didn't have a secure place to leave your luggage, and they didn't have identification method for you to collect your bag afterwards. You just leave it in the reception and when you're definitely leaving the place you can go and pick it up, you don't need to show a form of identification or a number to demonstrate the luggage is indeed yours. Nothing happened with ours, but you never know what can happen, so if there's one suggestion I'd make, it would be to work on a luggage identification system.
