Muito bom, recomendo!
Pros:

O quarto tem tudo de que se precisa, roupas de banho e de cama de ótima qualidade (travesseiros excelentes!), TV grande, microondas, frigobar, cofre, ferro e tábua de passar.
Muitas tomadas, máquina de café, etc.
O hotel disponibiliza água e gelo gratuitamente aos hóspedes, o que também é um diferencial.
No café gostamos muito de haver a opção do descafeinado e de várias frutas!
O hotel fica muito perto da estação do metrô, o que super facilita o deslocamento! Fui com minha filha e fomos super bem atendidas pela equipe da recepção em tudo o que precisamos!

Cons:

No café sentimos falta de pães mais frescos, sejam doces ou salgados, bem como de opções com chocolate ou Nutella. Tive também a sensação de que as camareiras trabalham sempre com pressa. Seja porque encontrei um par de meias logo que chegamos no quarto, que deveriam ser de outros hóspedes, seja porque no dia da minha saída a todo momento que me viam no corredor me perguntavam se eu estava indo fazer o check out.

Noisy room. Growling from a fan and shower kept dripping all night making sleeping difficult

Good stay!!
Pros:

The location is in a quiet neighborhood and near an intersection, the traffic didn't disturb at all. The bus- and train station are 5 min walk, very convenient. Also places to eat, is around 8 minutes walk, a lot to choose from. The breakfast was minimal, everyday there is a small change. We booked an one bedroom suite, it was spacious and clean.

Cons:

We arrived late, the room was not set up for 3 person, which was clearly stated on our reservation. Need to call twice; linens for the sofa bed, then for towels. The matrass was uncomfortable, and the sofa bed was worst,
