Great value for the price, comfy beds

Excellent all round
Pros:

Little apartment away from home.
Felt like an airbnb but with the security of a reception and the convenience of a cleaning service.

Really excellent value for money.
Athens is very walkable so everything we did was around a 20 minute walk.
Superb location however for the Acropolis and the museum which are very close.

Apartment was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed.

Pros:

Great apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Everything is well thought out, and it really feels like home. A big plus is the very convenient location, making it easy to reach the main attractions.

Cons:

One major downside: we were charged an extra fee for our 4-year-old child, yet nothing was provided for their stay — no bed, no bedding, nothing at all. Charging for a child without offering any accommodation is completely unreasonable.

Clean, comfortable, nice people and close to the center
Pros:

We loved our stay at 12 keys apartment. Upon arrival, Anastasia welcomed us so warmly, and kindly 😊 We even got a room upgrade, which was very nice of them. They were always looking out for us with recommendations and helpful information. Room was very clean and comfortable. 10 minutes walk from the centre, Acropolis and great restaurants

İlk olarak ev sahibinin yardımseverliği, cana yakınlığı ve içtenliğini çok sevdik. Her konuda bize çok hızlı bir şekilde yardımcı oldu. Odamıza erken giriş yapmamıza izin verdi. Hatta tuttuğumuz odayı değil, daha büyük stüdyo daireyi verdi. Temizlik konusunda çok iyilerdi, her gün temizlikçi hanım gelip temizlik yapıp havluları değiştiriyordu. Evin iki tür ısınması vardı, klima ve kaloriferler, klimaya hiç gerek yoktu çünkü ısıtma sistemi çok iyi çalışıyordu, istediğiniz sıcaklığa getirebiliyorsunuz. Konuma gelince otobüs durağı çok yakın, yürüyerek plaka, monastıraki, sytagma vs rahatça gidebilirsiniz. Evin bulunduğu sokak da gayet güvenli.

Pros:

Location pulita accogliente e vicina all'Acropoli e alle fermate dei mezzi.

Cons:

Purtroppo il venerdì e sabato notte c'era un sottofondo di musica tecno fino alle 05:00 circa di mattina, leggerissimo ma fastidioso. Inoltre in camera da letto occasionalmente andava in vibrazione un vetro,come se andasse in risonanza per qualche vibrazione il tutto nonostante abbia più volte provato a chiudere le finestre. Le altre due notti tutto perfetto.Peccato.

Perfect
Pros:

We stayed here for the second time. We asked for the same room where we stayed before, but because it was our second visit, we got the top room as a gift. It was a very kind gesture from the owner.
They were helpful in everything. We got recommendations for restaurants and bars, and they answered all our questions kindly.
The room is very beautiful, clean, and well equipped. The accommodation is in a very good location, close to the bus and tram and also to the Acropolis, but it is still quiet.
This trip was special because I asked my girlfriend to marry me here, so it will always be an unforgettable experience for us.
Unfortunately, because of illness, we spent more time in the apartment than we planned, but this way we appreciated even more the cleanliness, comfort, and good heating.
We love Athens, we will definitely come back, and we will surely stay here again.
