Late check-outs have a fee of $150,000 COP per hour, until 7pm, and must be notified to the property in advance via Whatsapp or email.

When travellling with pets, a fee of $80,000 COP per night must be paid.
All pets must be kept under watch of a responsible adult.

Die Nähe zu Bogotá und die äusserst netten Betreiber.
Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe an einer stark befahrenen Autobahn und es war bis tief in die Nacht sehr laut. Leider gab es ein Problem mit dem Warmwasser und wir mussten kalt duschen. Das Hotel bietet entgegen der Fotos und Rezensionen keine Restaurationsbetrieb (zum Frühstück wurde uns eine Omelette mit Früchten serviert - offensichtlich gibt es keine andere Auswahl).
Excelentes instalaciones, muy delicioso los desayunos y mucho proposito en su arquitectura y servicio.

La finca es muy bonita y don Carlos es muy amable, pero la verdad el aseo es muy importante, la única piscina que funcionaba estaba muy sucia por dentro y por fuera, de spa no tiene nada, en el baño no salía el agua como debe ser, la bañera de hidromasaje está sucia, y el aseo de las habitaciones está muy superficial, valor mucho la atención de don Carlos pero no es suficiente!

Horrible experience. They are only looking to maximize their profits. We had a reservation but they gave our room to another person who offered to pay more . They offered us another room of where the owner usually sleeps, the room is horrible and not fitted to be rented to guest. It had personal items and not clean. and tried to charge us a ridiculous expensive price because they knew all the hotels were booked for the weekend. They will give up your reservation to any person who offered to pay more and will leave you stranded. You can even read another person review who had the same experience. They lie and bad host. I recommend another trust worthy hotel that is more reliable and not like here.
