Personalet var venlig og imødekommende. Lækkert område - pæn udsigt. Dyrene var et stort hit for vores børn på 2 og 5 år.

Wundervoll geführtes Familienhotel mit Pool, Streichelzoo und Kids-Programm
Pros:

Die Lage - es war sehr ruhig und dennoch war man schnell bei verschiedenen Attraktionen oder Wanderungen. Der Pool war eine willkommene Erfrischung nach einer Wanderung.
Da wir zur WM hier waren wurden auch Spiele auf einem großen Fernseher draußen auf der Terrasse gezeigt.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre super gewesen. Die Gäste entscheiden zu lassen, ob sie draußen oder drinnen sitzen wollen. Teils konnten wir bei schönstem Sonnenschein nicht draußen sitzen, da bereits drinnen gedeckt war, da es nachmittags mal kurz geregnet hatte.

The hotel grounds were beautiful, the food was really good, and there were farm animals nearby, which our kids absolutely loved.

Cons:

Unfortunately, since the hotel was fully booked, we were given a very disappointing room. It had only two very small windows, so it was dark throughout the day, and the air inside felt stuffy.

What surprised me most was that this room costs the same as the other rooms with balconies and large windows.

I think this could have been a really enjoyable stay, but because of the room we didn’t enjoy it as much as we had hoped. When you visit the Alps, you don’t want to spend time in a dark room. Of course, we spent most of our time outdoors, but it was still disappointing to return to such a room.

Pros:

En dejlig rolig atmosfære, sød personale og hotel ejere som tog sig godt af os.. Vi følte os på mange måder hjemme her og regner med at komme igen på et tidspunkt. Fantastiske faciliteter til børnene med heste ridning, kæledyr og en skøn natur-pool. Poolen var ikke særlig børnevenlig men vi fik det alligevel til at fungere. Især tjeneren Ivan var rigtig sød og gav os en fantastik betjening. Gode værelser med gode senge og vi kunne nærmest ikke høre gæsterne på de andre værelser.

Kunne være skønt med en mere børnevenlig pool og lidt vand sjov til de små (rutschebane eller andet)

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotel ist gut, wenige Minuten von St.Johann entfernt, sehr nah an der Liechtensteinklamm. Ausreichend Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Es gab kostenfreies Ponnyreiten für die Kinder und einen Spiel- bzw. Bastelraum. Unsere Mädels fanden die junge Mitarbeiterin dort auch sehr sympathisch die Hotelanlage ist ansehnlich, der Naturteich läd aber nicht wirklich zum Baden ein.

Cons:

Da die Zimmer (ohne Klimaanlage) relativ klein und bei 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern im Sommer sehr warm sind, muss man in der Nacht die Fenster geöffnet lassen. Dadurch hört man dann auch den Verkehr an der unmittelbar anliegenden Straße. Vor allem die kleinen Mopeds in der Gegend sind da nervig.
Die Rezeption ist nur von Zeit zu Zeit besetzt. Mehrmals mussten wir wegen unserer Anliegen zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt wiederkommen.
Auch wenn man mal fragend und unwissend an der Rezeption oder im Gastrobereich steht, kommt kein Mitarbeiter auf die Idee, Hilfe anzubieten.
Ab 7.30 Uhr gibt es Frühstück. Vorher habe ich keine Möglichkeit gefunden einen Kaffee zu bekommen. Wenn am Buffet Rührei , Obst, Croissants leer sind, dauert es zu lang, bis nachgefüllt wird.

Vogelsang, nice spacious apartment, very silent, with nice garden for playing for the kids and very nice view. The owner was very kind. Nice kids area in the hotel, nice pool, very child friendly.

Cons:

food was ok, but many times made from frozen vegetables, By good weather it was a must to sit outside for the dinner. Our table was full with flies always, not able to eat normally and the sun was shining very much which was not convenient with small children

Super hyggeligt sted for børnefamilier.
Pros:

Meget hyggeligt børnehotel. Masser af plads i lejligheden. Børn elskede alle dyrene. Go forplejning hele ugen. Ligger tæt på mange turistattraktion. Vi anbefaler!

Cons:

Mere info ang affald, rengøring osv i lejligheden kunne være dejligt. Ingen rengøring i løbet af opholdet.

Pros:

Byli jsme ubytovaní na 7 nocí.
Moc se nám tam líbilo. Měli jsme pokoj v druhém patře, pokoje jsou menší ale naprosto čisté a vybavené vším potřebným. K dispozici byl i balkón s výhledem do zahrady. Polopenze byla výborná, skvělé a bohaté snídaně. Večeře s výběrem z dvou jídel. Velký salátový bar, polévka a dezert k tomu. Nápoje se hradí zvlášť. Děti mají své dětské menu a zmrzlinový bar.
Biotop je na večerní schlazení po pěších túrách úplně dokonalý. Je poměrně hluboký, takže děti mohou skákat a opravdu se hodně vyblbnou. K dispozici hodně lehátek.
Hotel nabízí animační program pro děti, my ho tedy nevyužili ale určitě pro mnoho rodičů to bude skvělá varianta jak trávit čas. Každý den se jezdí na koních, k dispozici je hernička.
Parkoviště před hotelem zdarma.
Za nás vše ok a rádi se vrátíme.

Cons:

Když budu hodně hledat tak mě by se líbila ráno lepší káva než ta v konvici.
Hotel není klimatizovaný takže v létě je to celkem peklo

Pros:

Sehr schönes Familienhotel in super Lage, geführt von einer netten; sehr hilfsbereiten Familien. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Kinder sind absolut begeistert.
