SkyCity Hotel

Stayed at skycity with our daughter for her first concert. The service was awesome. It was super busy but all the staff took great care of us. We left a message when we booked that it was a present for our daughter and they left a balloon and chocolates and we were picked as guest of the day and upgraded rooms. My husband on crutches also struggled and all the staff offered help and where awesome.

It’s our daughter’s birthday they have surround the room with special messages to her, leave a few gifts !
We also received ticket to the sky tower to the whole family ( we are family of 6)

Aiden provided exceptional service and truly made my birthday stay feel extra special. From the very beginning, he was kind, attentive, and proactive in ensuring everything was thoughtfully arranged. We only stayed one night.
We arrived before the official check-in and luckily our room was already available and we were allowed to check-in early.
The beds are very comfy and they offer different types of pillows. Very quiet as well.
We went straight to the SkyTower (because we had a dining reservation for the evening and stayed at the hotel we paid a cheaper price for the SkyTower) and had a hot beverage and cake up there. We didn't do any of the activities but you can watch the other people.

Later that evening, after dinner at the Orbit 360, we went to the casino.

Unfortunately if you are not member of the sky city you can't buy tokens from the cashier. So either have to be member or cash. It also seemed like that there is no dresscode and anyone can get in.

Also they have a system in the parking lot that's supposed to tell you where you parked. Glad I wrote mine on the paper because the system couldn't find my car.

This is a lovely hotel. The facility is beautiful, the rooms are clean and spacious, and it is convenient for exploring Auckland on foot or via Uber. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant. This is an amazing hotel and the staff are fantastic. Our room was locatated right next to the hotel air con, it was a bit loud so they upgraded us. Absolutely wonderful, thank you

We stayed at SkyCity Auckland for two nights. We arrived at 7 am from a long international flight, knowing that our room wouldn’t be ready so early. The front desk staff were very helpful - they checked us in, obtained an email address and cell number to message us when the room was ready so we could go explore the city and they let us into the lobby bathroom so we could change.

The concierge was also very helpful and friendly, storing our luggage and giving us directions to the harbour and ferry area.

We did get a message that our room was ready in the early afternoon. And our luggage was placed in our room when we got there.

The room was spacious and clean. It was very quiet at night and the bed was comfortable.

It was a lovely stay and I would recommend this hotel.
