Pros:

Kaldığımız oda pisti. Havalandırma problemi olduğu için nem ve lağım kokusu vardı. Banyo hamam olmasına rağmen kurneler çalışmıyordu. Küvet ise allaha emanet. Duş başlığını sabitleyecek yer olmadığından çömelerek duş almak zorunda kaldık. Odada eşyaları koymak için portmanto vardı ve sadece 3 ceket asabıldik diğerleri valizde kaldı.

Öncelikle ebeveyn yatak odası çatıdan ve yan duvardan su almis, vantilatör ile kurutmaya çalışıyorlardı başka odaları olmadığı için ( 3 kişilik oda seçeneği sundular 2 oğlumuz var biri 12 biri 7 yaşında) ve akşam 5 te otele girdiğimiz için mecbur 1 gece için tamam dedik. Akşam ucin yemeğe çıkıp geldik oda berbat rutubet kokuyordu ben odada uyuyamadım düşünün çocukların yanında yattım. Oda o kadar havasız ki havalandırma çalışıyor sürekli ve inanılmaz gürültü çıkarıyor bu ses ile uyumak imkansız. Banyo o kadar bakımsız ve saçma bir dizaynı varki. Normal duş alsaniz(duşakabin yok, saçma bir jakuzi var eski) tüm banyo su içinde kalıyor ve gider ters olduğu için gitmiyor. Sabahı sabah wttim hiç uyuyamadim. Mağara konsepti yapacağız diye havasız oda yapmışlar. Çok berbat bir deneyim oldu ne yazık ki:( kahvaltı vasat.2 yıl önce bir otelde kalmis ve kahvaltısına hayran kalmıştık.

Very accomodative people…. Especially Ahmet and yasemine… they out standing. With their services.
Pros:

Unique rooms, u are practically staying inside a cave. It was cozy and my kids like it.

It’s a freezer in the winter, do not stay here!

Cons:

The room had no proper heating facility and it was freezing cold. We had a miserable night and got sick due to near freezing temperature in the “cave” style room. Will never stay here again when we come back to Cappadocia.

Otopark var denildiğine inanmayın sokagin kenarina aracinizi birakmanizi istiyolar. Aksam odamiz cok soguk oldugu icin isinma olayini halletmemiz rica minnet 1 saat sürdü. Rezervasyonumuz olmasa kalmazdık. Tavsiye etmiyoruz.

A great authentic hotel in Ürgüp!
Pros:

We were impressed by the hospitality and care of the staff, they arranged a transfer from/to the airport, allowed us to check out from the room later, the hotel was immaculately clean, delicious breakfast, cozy room and very comfortable beds. Çok teşekkür ederim! 🥰

Cons:

Unclean hotel with broken furnitures and dirty sofa liners. Breakfast is just cold breakfast and not much hygienic either. People who cut the vegetables and fruits don’t even wear a gloves and found to be coughing in the same area.

Not bad but very different
Pros:

The owners/workers were nice. They were helpful but the hotel itself was very different to what the photos showed. The entrance is terrible with a very tight hallway and no reception. We went up 4 flights of stairs to get to our room. The room was nice and big but the furniture and furnishings were very old and broken. It needs an urgent upgrade. The buffet breakfast was nice and I loved the terrace. Other than the hotel being small and very tight with a lot of stairs we enjoyed our stay with my family. Thank you
