未至於糟糕，但不舒適
Pros:

位置寧靜，有車位泊車，距離別府車站走路大約10-15分鐘，床舖是整潔的

Cons:

附近只有一家超市，22:00關門，夜歸的沒東西賣。
要爬樓梯，雖然上一層，女士們拿行李會很吃力，又是預訂後才知道，有地面選擇的，應在簡介內說明兩間房的分別。
入住後其中一部冷氣機不能打開，擾攘三小時還未解決，兩天的住宿只有客廳冷氣機可用，令房間溫度不舒適，隔塵網也是滿布灰塵。
另外房間是沒有門的，連布帘也沒有 。
洗衣機污垢處處，隔毛盒已滿，要動手清理，水槽有臭味，抽氣扇滿是塵埃，抽油煙機更是慘不忍睹。
燈也壞了一個，吹風機也滿布灰塵，露台水垢處處，有菁苔味，玻璃也是污漬片片，連坐廁也有水垢。
冰箱冰格厚厚積雪，根本放不下東西。
浴室淋浴頭掛鉤容易掉落，要動手裝回，沒有暖房，冬天應該會冷冷的。
整體像一兩年沒有清理過，全屋需要深度清潔再出租

工夫すれば、良い宿。
Pros:

ロケーション、立地。

Cons:

イマイチ設備が揃ってなく、中途半端で惜しい。例えば、洗濯機があるのに、乾燥機がない。駐車場はあるのに、停める位置が書いてない。また設備の細かいところに、老朽化が目立つ。

Pros:

部屋は広く、ダブルベット4台は快適だった。
また、調理器具・カトラリー・お皿・コップは整っていた。
（熱い飲み物用のカップ、ふきん等は無かったのは残念）
歩いて行ける範囲にコンビニ・スーパー・24時間営業の温泉もあり別府駅からも徒歩圏内で立地は良かった。
蚊がいる時期だったが、電子ベープはテレビ台にあったが玄関に設置されているともっと良かったと思う。
施設は2部屋のみで、駐車場が目の前に2台あるので無料で利用できるのは非常に良かった。
玄関先に灰皿の設置があり、喫煙者にとってはとても有難かった。

Cons:

清掃が行き届いていないように思えた。
玄関から2階に上がる階段は埃だらけ、靴下が汚れる程。
洗面台の蛇口周りは水垢がこびりついていた。湯沸しポットの中も水垢がビッシリ。
カーテンの後ろには前宿泊者の忘れ物かおもちゃが落ちていた、と言う事はカーテンも開けずに掃除しているのか？
チャックインの説明にあるタブレットは設置されていなかったので、チャックイン・チャックアウト処理ができなかった。
今回、5人で宿泊したがスリッパが4つしか無かった。
他の口コミにもあったが、壁・床が薄いのか話声や物音が全部聞こえていた。

安かろう、悪かろう
Pros:

部屋や新しく、ベッドやリネンは清潔でした

Cons:

シャワールームがカビてて匂いもキツかった。
下の人達が夜中の2時まで騒いでてねむれなかった。
Wi-Fiも使えると書いてあったのになかった。

Pros:

2泊利用させて頂いたのですが、できればタオルについては2泊分用意頂けるとありがたかったです。

事前に1泊分のみ、との連絡は頂いており認識しておりましたが、タオルだけの為に洗濯機を回すのは少々面倒でした。

ご参考頂ければ幸いです。

その他特に問題もなく、快適に過ごさせて頂きました。

to be honest i dinot like anything about this stay
location was good only if you have car

Cons:

checking was supposed to be on a tablet, but i cannot find tablet, so need to call the person incharge.
wi fi password was also not available,
bathroom was super dirty with lots of fungus
rice cooker was absent
gas was all burnt and dirty
I wonder why did i pay cleaning money

please dont take cleaning nomey if you are not cleaning
