Pros:

After a recent survey I cant bend my knee as of yet. Asked for a walking shower. We get there no greeting, I asked about the room she said its handicap accessible. Iy was not! I learned once there you pay for parking, we had to Jimmie the curtains or you could look into the room. Staff texted me and shared my disappointment and was rude until I said I email corporate. Then She says we are so sorry. The took out 600 from my bank account. Corporate is looking into it and they cant find my reservation. It doesnt show in my bank account any longer. Thankfully I screen shot all of it. This place was horrible.At happy hour talking to 3 other guest who have had problems. Another lady emailed corporate as well. Its been a headache. Im going to the bank today to get their help.

Had to pay additional for parking each day It was hard to get a parking spot , unless you go underground parking which was horrible,Unsafe so we had to park in back of the hotel

Not safe to stay.
Pros:

Location was an issue. The parking was dark, random people loitering on property, back of property by parking entrance. The area didn’t lseem or look safe.

Shocking cleanliness issues - Not up to Embassy Suites standards
Pros:

We chose this hotel based on multiple previous positive experiences at various Embassy Suites locations across different cities. However, what happened this time was truly shocking — especially for our children. When the kids entered the room, they were horrified to find men’s underwear left on the floor, which caused great disgust and distress for them and my wife. We went to the front desk and they changed our room, but the new room was not much better. Although the towels were washed, they had visible stains that ruined their white appearance. The sheets and pillows also had an unpleasant odor, which was noticeably different from what we are used to at other Embassy Suites locations. Additionally, the in-room phone was not working. Other than these issues, everything else was fine. Unfortunately, we were not lucky this time and this experience had a negative impact on our children’s vacation.

It was underwhelming

We were charged $40 for parking, it smelled in the room, the ac was out so it was hot, stains on the shower curtains, elevators went out during our stay, no streaming services on the tv only the cheapest cable
