It's was ok not top tier how it use to be
Pros:

I love the breakfast buffet and happy happy plus the kid friendly environment

Cons:

The maintenance of the facility, the bathroom toilet did not want to flush the sheets on the pull out bed were dirty and the sheets downstairs were the front desk agent were had bugs crawling in them

I would not recommend this place at all.
Pros:

The lady at the front desk was really nice and sweet.

Cons:

The hallways and rooms were dirty. There was mold in the shower and on the ceiling near the •broken• ice machine. There was food and wrappers on the floor in the halls. The underground parking garage was sketchy and filthy. There’s also no clear sign out front to find the property, we ended up driving past it before realizing oh that was our hotel.

I would never choose this hotel again.
Pros:

Happy Hour

Cons:

-in need of renovation
-in a less than desirable location
-area was not well lighted at all
-parking garage made me feel unsafe—very dimly lit
-breakfast was not good compared to the many Embassy Suites in which inhave stayed

Have had many stays here and this time was just okay, not the best experience.
Pros:

Attention of housekeeping, cleanliness of the room and main dining areas; comfort.

Cons:

Phone in room not working, unable to contact front desk. Bathroom door not shutting or staying latched, handle was damaged.

Cons:

This parking is very annoying! The people walking around c all o over the place is ghetto. If I would have know I would’ve booked else where. None of our rooms locked, none of my restrooms locked.
