It was very pleasant and I look forward to staying there again

The elevators opened and closed too fast for people to get on and off, making it almost impossible to ride. When I asked where the stairs were, I was told those were emergencies only I consider getting to my room after 13 Hour drive. an emergency I was only on the second floor being told I can’t use the stairs is not an option. Stairs are not an emergency use only per OSHA standards. This needs to be addressed.

Strange smell
Pros:

Check in was good, room was terrible. There was constant stench in my room that almost smelled like sewage reported it they only came and sprayed something and stated that should work, we asked what was that smell no answer, however left out when returned the smell had also return, at this point I just spraying the room myself to get rid of the smell, rooms are not clean, beds were saggy, this is just my experience.

Our experience was great! Special shoutout to Bo the bartender!
Pros:

We loved our stay here! The room was awesome as well as the staff and all the amenities. We especially enjoyed our time spent in the lounge talking to Bo, the bartender. What a super nice and attentive person he is. We will definitely stay here again when in the Nashville area.

We enjoyed the stay all 5 of us! 2 adults a teenager and to under 8 years old.
Pros:

Our room wasn’t quite ready , so we waited 1/2 hour. It was totally worth the wait! The kids loved the pool. There were 5 of us and the room accommodated us easily. The kids loved the indoor pool. The breakfast was hit and even our picky eater ate some food. All 5 of us ate great food which was included. Love this hotel and will return.

Cons:

We were there at 3:45pm, but check-in was 4pm. Sat in lobby and were given keys at 4:15 pm. Nit really a big deal. And that was worth the wait!!
