Its not what you will except!!!! They need to do better
Cons:

1st if you are wanting to stay there you should know now only will you pay the amount of your stay but they will also charge you $21 dollars a night to park your car.. that os not something they tell you they also charge a 50 dollar deposit which they take for the parking charge! Also if you get a room that say there are 2 queen beds they are not queen beds they are full size , there is construction going on so half the place has no flooring and plastic tarps up everywhere. The breakfast we had was ok the choices of food where great but didnt taste great ,bacon taste like oil , the gravy had lumpsand clumps of power in it,the pancakes where smashed together and orange juice was clear with pulp . The beds were comfortable, but pillows were flat ,I had also paid for 2 queen beds and they were not queen. I had also found 2 baby roachs in the bathroom at night . And there was something splattered on the curtains and stains on the white sheets .Over all I would not stay here again and felt compelled to write a review to let people know of the hidden fees they do not tell you about until you receive your invoice after check out I thinks horrible they charge there customers staying with them to have to pay extra to have your car parked there... its all about taking your money and not hospitality

THE BED. OH, MY GOSH! It was horrible on my back and butt. I slept maybe a total of 7 hours in 3 days. It was awful. We will never stay here for that reason alone. Also, the AC was weird and wouldn’t get the room cold. And the lamp on the bedside table’s plug-ins didn’t work to charge phones or anything.

Pros:

Staff was so kind. Shuttle was on time and the driver was very helpful and courteous. Reception was nice, could of had a bit more in the selection to snack on.
The sever was so kind.

Cons:

I thought the mattress was worn and sagging a bit while laying on it. I still was able to sleep ok..

Great location, great breakfast and amenities
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing and free cocktails each night!

Cons:

Had to ask for towels multiple times and they never came, ended up going down to get them and they only had a couple.

If I would like to come back Nashville, I decided to spend the night here again
Pros:

The place is very clean,the staff are very friendly and the breakfast delicious 100/10

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like it it was a TV didn’t have channels recently. I was planning to watch a movie on Netflix, but they don’t have Netflix They don’t have the recently apps.

Pros:

They have hot breakfast and cook to order omelets!! The evening reception is also good. The kids loved the indoor pool, but it can get really loud in there.

Cons:

It isn't really bad, but we could smell the breakfast cooking in the mornings and could hear noises from the pool area.

i like the cleanliness of the front lobby and breakfast area, the mexican chef was great

Cons:

upon check in i wasn’t informed of the breakfast times, the amenities hours weren’t specified, and nothing was explained far as paying to re-enter in and out of the facility so i was charged to exit the facility; i didn’t like outdated bathrooms, the lighting in the room was terrible, the lamp in the room didn’t work, the bathroom faucet sink was leaking out water when we utilized it, we had to call the front desk multiple times in order to get clean sheets/towels. the elevator were faulty
