The location great and beautiful inside.

Cons:

They couldn’t find my reservation and made me wait then my sheets wasn’t up to standards felt like needed to be wash again and then had stained in it.

I’d definitely stay here and with Embassy Suites again.
Pros:

The property was nice and very clean. The rooms are very spacious and updated. I enjoyed the breakfast and cocktail hour as well. The indoor pool was nice as well.

Cons:

I did not like the parking, it’s paid and was pricy for what you already pay to stay at the hotel.

The building is old, not in a good shape and honestly, it could be cleaner. I believe it was the worst Hilton hotel I’ve ever been

The room was comfortable

Cons:

When we arrived the room was not ready and we were not given a time it would be ready. Had to go and ask several times about room status. Once checked in, they added a deposit but didn't explain what the extra charge was. Also, no compensation was offered for the extended wait to get our room, and after 4 hours in the car with grumpy kids, you just want to get out and into your room. That was a first for an embassy suites location.

Very disappointed in Hilton
Cons:

Hotel is WAY overdue for renovations. Furniture old and worn. Windows fogged up. Happy hour snacks dismal. Staff functional, but far from friendly. Outside landscape full of weeds and looked terrible.
