Pros:

I absolutely loved the breakfast! They also have fantastic promotions at the bar, and getting the first two drinks for free per guest was an amazing perk that we really appreciated.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the customer service at the reception upon our arrival left a lot to be desired. We were attended by Pavla cZech, who completely lacked patience, seemed very stressed, and came across as a bit rude. Good customer service is essential when working at the front desk, and guests should be treated with more respect and a welcoming attitude.
Overall, the perks and food are great, but the front desk staff needs to improve their hospitality.

Great breakfast, great location, great price.
Pros:

The breakfast was the highlight of our stay. The cooked to order eggs really help pull the buffet style breakfast together. We also enjoyed our spacious room and great shower!

Cons:

More that we may have enjoyed a room that was more attached rather than in the back, it felt separated which was nice at times but not always.

I've always heard how great their breakfast was but I was really dissatisfied and disappointed. No grits, no waffles and the quality of food wasnt good
