I was willing to just let it go, but despite the super small "matchbox" size room and poor shower conditions, what really got me was the lack of touch and personality (and customer service) from the main office people. Useless and unwilling to help.
The only good thing was the restaurant food quality and the staff members. Very NICE folks.
Other than that I'm not coming back here... You get what you pay for. Lesson learned.

Hotel was 130 dollars extremely expensive over priced, room was bunk beds not as advertised double. No cot provided for my son who is 10 months old and fell out of bed onto a hard dirty floor. No air con, absolutely covered in mosquito bites from head to toe. Substandard breakfast, no sea views. Do not book this hotel there are many more amazing hotels for half the price.

La atención, es complicada La subida para estacionar hubo congestión de autos en la entrada. En la playa las camas para acostarse estaban ocupadas por personas que no eran del hotel. Por lo demás si estuvo bien.
Todo estuvo fantástico aunque recomendaria más personal en cocina para que la comida salga más rápido.
El personal amable, pero las habitaciones están subiendo la colina y es bastante empinada.
El personal de atención es excelente. Me dieron mi habitación antes de la hora programada para el chek in. Además, es un lugar muy limpio y super tranquilo para vacacinar. Recomendado!!!
