Pros:

Always greeted with friendly front desk staff. My room was very comfortable. Breakfast was hot and delicious.

Cons:

It was very loud when entering the hotel and was loud once in our room with people running in the hallway and doors slamming.

It was ok
Pros:

We missed the availability of milk for breakfast. If there was any it was too little and several people kept looking for it.

Cons:

The self closure spring on the door is too heavy for a disabled person and made it difficult to open the door. One of the bed covers had balls of material in it. We were told that new ones had been ordered.
